Ordered two soft tacos without lettuce in the drive-through. The teen operating the drive-through didn’t acknowledge that request. He had to be told multiple times I wanted no lettuce. What did he remove from the taco you ask? Cheddar cheese. Who would want lettuce and beef only on a taco??? Sent someone inside to correct them with the receipt. Get home, and they are not correct again. Both soft tacos have no unwanted elements removed. Left a voicemail for the manager. If you go through the drive-through, be prepared to shout and be very curt. That is the only way they will acknowledge your order properly. Better yet, find a different location. My order was #394. Restaurant number: 033843. Photos below. 1st is the original order-lettuce abounds! 2nd is the “corrected” where there is an obnoxious amount of lettuce.
Then Lindsey was called to the back because she was apparently the only person who could run the fryers. The moment she left, the entire front of the restaurant fell apart. Ten minutes go by and every other pick up order is done except mine. I can see drive through orders piling up. A few new customers arrive for their pick up orders and every one of them is ignored because no one is working the front counter.
My app still showed my order as being made. Another ten minutes pass. People start getting restless and begin asking for their food directly. Each person gets handed their order that had been sitting there the whole time. Finally it is my turn.
Lindsey comes back from the fryers. I give her my name. Thirty minutes have passed. She hands me my bag. According to the ticket, my food had been sitting there for twenty minutes. It was ice cold. It was expensive. It was disgusting.
This location clearly cannot function if one person steps away for a few minutes. Poor management, poor staffing, and terrible execution. Avoid this place.
Don’t bother with any modifications or requests in the app, half the time they’ll get ignored. Here’s a 5-layer burrito (add seasoned rice, and “get it grilled”) Speed of service is severely lacking here, which is surprising since they tend to have at least 4-5 on staff and nobody watching the counter.
You can also count on an employee being parked in the mobile pickup parking spots at all times.
This Taco Bell really surprised me in the best way. The service was fast and friendly, and my order was fresh and made just right. Everything tasted great, and the staff made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to — I’ll be back!
