I ordered two loaded nachos and an orange juice, not from the drive through. I had to wait ~30 minutes to receive my food and had to wait at the counter 5 minutes to pay for my meal beforehand. The place wasn’t even busy, it had about 5 customers! People who ordered after me got their food before I did. The employees seemed irritated that they had to do their job. The food was okay at the time. The next day I had pretty bad food poisoning, was throwing up and having diarrhea at the same time, most likely from this taco bell. I would not recommend this place, one of the worst fast food places ive ever been to.

I was offended on a really bad day.
I don’t like to slam management, but I ordered $10 worth of food. I did not get a drink and was given the one second finger by the drive through operator. The manager came in and nonchalantly flipped a cup after several minutes.
I ate, asked for the restroom code and I was told to check if the door was open.
He would not give me the code.
He said if the door was locked he’d open the door for me.
I’ve been coming here since the 70s. Yeah, middle aged and I assume that they were judging me, despite driving in, having a cell,and being a lot nicer than anyone else there.
They were extremely negative, used profanity and they were talking about how unprofessional their staff is.

Ordered via drive through. Received the wrong food. Not even close to what I ordered. Not sure if it was poor service or they’re suffering from technical issues with the mic/speaker combo in the drive through. Check your order before you drive away!

I don’t quite know what annoyed me more the staff taking smoke breaks (marijuana) while taking orders or the fact they gave so little portions for each food item given. I had thought they have improved when they got rid of the old staff and renovated the place but I guess I was wrong. Man and I had such high hopes since the morning crew is always so nice.

The manager here hoards the sauces or something. three times I’ve gone here, ordered sauces and been disappointed to get home and find no sauce. I guess it’s my fault for not ripping open the taped boxes to check for sauce before driving off.

I always request NO SOUR CREAM. Always end up getting sour cream because the workers don’t know how to read apparently. The food is always usually cold or broken. Don’t think ima come here ever again. Very gross.

The tacos had very little in them, the quesadilla had 3 pieces of chicken very flat little cheese, burritos were the right size. I paid more for the amount i got. The crunch wrap was also small. Very little filling in any of the food.

Worst taco bell I’ve been to. It’s down the street from my house so I go to it thinking it will be different next time I go. No joke it’s been 5 times straight they give me chicken chalupas instead of beef. This time I made sure to check at least the sides to see if it has beef. I did get beef but look at this, no beef in the middle just the corners!! just my luck, I swear they are so bad here just go somewhere else.

So this is what you get when you go to this taco bell!!!! Not sure what to call the “tacos”. The nachos dumped in the bottom of the bag and I’m guessing around 12 chips total. Plus no receipt to show how much I was over charged. I bet that is only about a $0.13 taco!!!! Guess I’ll have to look at the credit card bill to see how much it really was. Good job taco bell!! Would highly recommend going on down the road (North about 1/4 mile on your left) to del taco
