I’ve ordered here through an app a few times now. A couple times I had really nice food delivered to me, the rest…..well the most recent, my cheesy gordita crunch looked and smelled like dirty dish water was sprinkled on top….thanks for that. And why does my Mexican pizza always have tomatoes when I order with no tomatoes and no pizza sauce. My first job was taco bell. No excuses for the food I’ve received from here. The only thing edible in my order was the nachos. I wish I had taken pictures of the other items before I threw them in the trash.

It’s usually very clean, tidy, and well stocked so I’ll take this visit as the hilarious opportunity it was to showcase local vandals.

Never go to this Taco Bell. They can never get my food right. They always give you weird looks if you stand at the counter. No one talks English. I didn’t want sour cream in my food. I asked for jalapeno sauce not jalapenos themselfs someone with a food allergy would sue this taco bell to hell and back. Let me give you a tip there is a new taco bell on Yosemite about 5 minutes from this one it’s ten times better. Looks clean gives you your food WITH THE CORRECT ITEMS AND IN A TIMLY MANNER. I never get my food straight away it’s always hell when I got there. The only reason I do it is because it’s the closest one to where I work. I spent $20 on my meal and now I can’t eat it. Even the soda is not stocked (that’s the easiest job). GET BETTER TACO BELL!!!

Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs!! I was in the dining room at 2:00 p.m. along with two other patrons who hadn’t received their food in 15 minutes. I went to use the restroom while I was waiting for my food, they didn’t have any soap in the bathroom and the bathroom was filthy. I went up and told them they didn’t have any soap in the bathroom and they told me they didn’t have any soap to put in there but that I could wash my hands behind the counter where the employees are. The other couple who were in there finally received their food but it was completely wrong and had to be remade, I received my food and it was not correct but I ate it anyway cuz I didn’t want to spend any more time there. They didn’t have any ice for the soda machine. The dining room and area around the soda machine we’re disgustingly dirty. There were plenty of employees on hand but nobody seemed to be too concerned about any of the issues.

The food is usually alright but you won’t find a clean store or good service here. There’s always several people standing around doing nothing, no one seems to be able to help you, referring you to the “kiosk” because they would rather stand around and talk. Not to mention the “pick me” manager boy whos always magically confused as to why everyone is angry with him. If you have a line of people at the kiosk, take some freaking orders manually instead of just staring at them and chatting. Decent food, horrible management. Can’t really be mad at the employees for following suit.

Fries were great, Crunchwrap was confusing. I added jalapeños to my Crunchwrap and instead of being a Crunchwrap with some extra jalapeños it was basically a tortilla filled with pickled jalapeños. Look, I love jalapeños and yes I ate it, but that was not what anyone wants when they add .70 cents of jalapeños to their order.

Dark skin lady with sponge bob sweater no name tag, no taco bell shirt on takes my order and rings up an extra chili cheese burrito. The first one i order had extra chili/cheese so the fact she rang up another one with regular amount of stuff gave me a good comparison to see if they added anything extra. I checked both before leave and showed her they were exactly the same literally no different at all like not even by a smidge more on the one that should’ve had extra. She tries to argue with me saying the extra toppings are not always more then the normal amount (cant make this up lol) thought i was dreaming when she said that but i questioned her and she finally asked for the burrito back and she took it to the back so they could open it up and add more (unprofessional) then i asked if i could get a refund for the extra one that i didn’t even order. She got her manager and i get my refund but then she just throws it from like 10ft away into trash as if it was my fault. Hoping the district manager watches cameras at 9:50 on 9/20/25 you will see the most trashy service you will ever see from employee to customer. Dark skin lady should not be working front line with customers. Horrible experience

The food as always tasty. But the service remain pathetic. Superslow and short staffed. Tables are not clean, restrooms are dirty. The staffs are rude and not helpful, do not respond to your request. Had a pathetic experience, will neither visit again nor ever recommend to anyone

This is the place you want to eat for sure. Only putting 4 stars because they forgot 2 crunch wrap supremes and left taco residue on my Dorito… who puts sour crème, 3 strings of cheese, specs of beef, and a single piece of tomato on a Dorito. Other than that. $50 well spent between 3 people! AND YES I DID EAT THE DORITO LOL
