They cant do anything right. Nothing in our order was right. Paid extra for add on and didnt have it and specifically had noted to remove certain ingredients and none of that was done. Complete waste of money and time. Oh and to top it all off, we found a piece of plastic in the cantina burrito. I wont be coming back.

I’m extremely disappointed with this order. Almost everything was wrong, except for the small Pepsi, which was the only correct item.
• The quesarito was supposed to have NO sour cream, but it came with sour cream.
• The steak quesadilla came with beef instead of steak.
• The steak garlic fries were chicken, had pico de gallo (which I asked to be removed), and barely any garlic ranch.
• The nacho fries came with no sauce at all, even though sauce was included.
• One of the drinks was completely wrong.
For the amount of items ordered and the price paid, this level of inaccuracy is crazy. And not to mention we waited about 30 minutes for are food.

Okay I know it’s fast food… All I can gather is that the people here do not care about the job they’re hired to do. The food shows that.
First day of school and the kids wanted Taco Bell for dinner, I figured why not. I will never come back to this Taco Bell again.

This Taco Bell has to be one of the worst ones around, if not the worst. If you spend over $15, expect most of the order to be wrong. Don’t customize any of your items, that’s a guarantee for a messed up order here. Half the time you don’t get all of your items. Here’s a picture of a “supreme” taco without any customizations. Paid for 3 of them and they all came this way. Glad I spent extra money to get a weak, several day old shell and barely anything in the taco. They should consider cleaning house

I can literally feel the food poisoning already, the sour cream was rotten, and I didn’t even notice until I was already done with one gordita crunch and I took a big bite out of the five layer burrito (because the sour cream was all on one side) the potatoes had to be more than 6 hours old rockhard and cold, I didn’t even get the right dessert lol, the only thing that was actually decent was the rootbeer. it’s the teenagers that don’t care about their jobs and just laugh at the customers through the window that are making this location look very very bad.
