Went tonight just an hour ago throught the drive thru. They skimped out on the meat heavily in my dorito toacos. I don’t know if the rest of my food is the same way but I fear it is.
I know working fast food isn’t fun (been there done that). But give the customer what they ordered.

We just went through this drive through and it was the best taco bell experience I’ve had in a while. Very friendly staff and food was excellent! Food was fresh and all customizations to food was correct. Gold standard for Taco Bell!

Karen the manger was the absolute best! After we had gotten our food and brought home we noticed our order was messed up, so we called the store and spoke with Karen and she was so friendly and stated she would Re-make everything upon our arrival. When we got there she did everything in her power to make sure everything was up to our standards and make it right! She was so apologetic and the kindest. Even when they were so busy she had the best attitude. She deserves everything nice in life!

Tacos were basically not worth eating. Tortillas were basically unusable, as soon as you grabbed the tacos the thing would just disintegrate and fall out of your hands. Also skimped on meat. This location used to be really good and now has gone downhill.

Placed an order on the app which was easy to use. I ordered two box meals and 8 other items. We picked up in the drive through which took longer than necessary considering there were only two cars in front of us. After getting two bags of food (no boxes) we decided to pull into the parking lot to check and make sure we had all our food. Well we had 5 items missing. I went back in and got the missing items. By the time we got home the food was cold and soggy. The tostada was a joke (pictured) and this is an example of what most of the food looked like.

Apparatus you need to tell them you want freshly made tacos. Otherwise, you’ll get soggy, disgusting left overs.

Went to get two box meals. Messed up the order really bad, came in the next day to get it fixed had issues because I couldn’t find the receipt which is my fault. But what wasn’t good is the manger that did take the order the night prior doesn’t know the menu and was confused clearly and remembered enough to remake my order after waiting forever… Once I finally got the food half of it was cold and gross while the tomatoes were completely frozen making everything soggy and just sad. This is the 4th major mess up with missing items and cold nasty food.

CONSISTANTLY TERRIBLE. Dont leave without checking if your food is actually warm and cooked. They throw slop out the window constantly. Can they not take 5 seconds to make the food CORRECTLY? Grown adults who can’t make precooked food that heats up in water…. THE TEENAGERS DO 10X BETTER!
I ran a taco bell for years, it is a 2 man operation at most. Not sure what they’re smoking in there, but it’s affecting the food. Terrible quality EVERYTIME, shut this place down or get better employees.
