I have been coming to this Taco Bell for years. The last 3 times I visited have been abysmal. Two totally wrong orders and a wait time that caused me to cancel my pick up order. I walked into the store and saw 3 employees stumbling around after waiting in the drive thru line 30 minutes. After that I canceled my order.

Damien, who I believe is the manager, was handling a lot of stress during a busy rush. He made sure to charge me extra for the pizza sauce I requested, which was fine since it was by request. I appreciate that I got the extra pizza sauce I paid for, but unfortunately, my burritos didn’t come with the lettuce I also paid extra for.
There was another customer whose burrito supreme was missed, but the staff quickly corrected both of our orders. Damien even took off his coat, jumped into the kitchen, and personally made things right. I really appreciated his diligence and the clear effort he puts into managing this location. He also gave me a free drink for the mix-up, which was a nice gesture that left me feeling satisfied.

Everyone in this taco don’t do their jobs correctly I asked for two burritos but got one and they gas light me to think it was one even tho the recipe said a 2 pack. So I had to pay for another burrito I would recommend not going here

It would always be a hit or miss for me when it came to certain taco bells, but this one was not that bad. My experience with this location was pretty good. The crunchy tacos that I had ordered did not come all soggy and stick to the paper wrapping by the time I got home to enjoy them. The only issue that I experienced was that the drive thru took about 15 minutes just to get my food. Granted there were about 5 cars in front of me, but it still felt like it was taking a bit too long. Other than that I would come back assuming I wouldn’t need to wait so long again. (Side note: Not sure if others experience it too, but my phone data does not work in that general area, so if you need to GPS yourself back home you might need to drive a bit farther out).
Update: not sure I came at a bad time but I’m disappointed in my tacos.. this is the second time they’ve done this where the tacos are barely even filled.. if I’m paying over $16 for a taco 12 pack and my tacos all look like this. It’s not worth it.
