I have had nothing but issues with this location. I would go elsewhere but this my closest location. Repeatedly items are missing and my orders that are “boxes” are often not boxed which is likely why I end up missing items.

Today my boxes were just items in a bag and I was missed items. Somehow the next order up was getting theirs in boxes so why couldn’t I get that?

I’ve left feedback in the Taco Bell app and to their credit they give me coupons and rewards but those rewards are often less than the missing items.

I asked for someone to reach out about my repeated issues here but zero effort has been made.

The staff are friendly but something happens during these later dinner times and any hope I have of getting out of there without having to check my bag and order… that hope does not exist

Update – this location’s problems continue today – 10/26. Again my items were not in a box, I was shorted two items, I asked to speak to a manager who while helpful couldn’t really address the issue of why this location has so many questions.

Taco Bell’s customer service never gets back to you much pass to give you a quick 5 buck credit which often doesn’t cover the cost of the items you missed out on it.

It’s simple – box your box orders – that’ll make sure those are there and then it’s real easy to see if you are missing something.

There is a lack of care here that needs to be addressed. The food is not the problem and the people are always kind when a mistake is made and own it – it is something lacking in the process.

Everyone really nice at this one. Love the quesarito , got 2 last night but one had zero meat in it ? 🙁 just rice, cheese, and the tomato/fiesta strips i added . Long as it doesn’t happen again or too often ima move this to 4 stars in a month.

Honestly I’ve gone to this taco bell my entire life living in Broomfield and I’ve never been treated so disrespectful when I was just asking a simple question, for back story I ordered online and when I arrived I was informed that a few items on the menu couldn’t be made but that she would replace them with items of equal value and I said cool! I ordered 2 breakfast crunch wraps and 2 cheap burritos that were 1.99 each the crunch wraps were unavailable she said she could do the burritos and I assumed she would give 4 and then the ones we ordered since it was almost 10$ for the two crunch wraps, she only gave us two 1.99$ burritos and then the two we ordered which would be about 8$ we paid 13$ for the whole order and 5$ might not seem like a big deal but with a struggling family every 5$ counts. I tried to ask why I wasn’t getting something of equal value like I was told and she told me there was nothing she could do about that and I said what so your telling me I can’t get my money back or anything for my money so I was robbed? And she refused to give me her name or help me at all I even tried to defuse the situation being in customer service myself and she continued to be elevated and slammed the door in my face. We get home and the burritos and basically inedible as well. I’d say, if you plan on getting food that you skip this one, this one experience lost a customer who has lived in this town her whole life and gone there since she was a kid. Do better, be kinder.

We showed up on 12/22/25 at 1:30 in the morning and were met with the most delightful and joyful worker in the drive through with a lovely sense of humor. This lovely human even organized our tacos by who ordered what so we didn’t have to fumble about in the darkness. We will now always come to this Taco Bell, even if it’s twenty minutes out of the way, just on the off chance of getting to speak with this lovely human again. 12/10, exceptional experience, you should give this person a raise.

All the workers are always so miserable and the order never comes out correctly. Big guy gave me a hard time for not being able to read the menu. Terrible service and all the reviews reflect it. Owners need to do better.

I need you to understand my disappointment. I only get taco bell once or twice a year. When I heard the double Decker was back it was a no brainer to head straight there. Unfortunately when I got home with the taco I’ve been craving for years just to find some bean filled taco with cheese smashed between the tortilla and shell,my heart sank. Will I ever know the joy of a double Decker again? If I go to this taco bell again, probably not.

This is the second time I pulled up to the drive through and asked for the new Franks soft tacos and received a “we don’t have this anymore” answer. I asked what that means and received an answer of the fact that they don’t have the crispy chicken at all and they don’t offer that menu item anymore. Strange considering it is still on your website and digital menu!

It’s always a great place to go grab a quick bite! They allow dine-in now. I ordered a veggie power bowl, a supreme soft taco, and a supreme burrito. The veggie power bowl was good, but didn’t have enough tomatoes. They have many different sauces to choose including mild, hot, fire, and diablo. The diablo sauce wasn’t very spicy.
