When I was entered in restaurant. Food already on the counter it was ready. I have to waited 25 minutes after I request with old lady can you check name. It was for Gurbhub(customers name is Devid ) then i asked with lady it was cold. She was so angry with me. Also
She didn’t give me the food.
Other customers also canceled order.
Your name please but she didn’t answer.

Absolutely disgusted that I cannot leave zero stars! Horrible service! The lady at the drive thru window is extremely rude. She also over charged us for a cinnamon twist that we didn’t even receive. I’m guessing she does that to customers and pockets the money because she was very hesitant to give us the receipt and we had to ask for a it four times. She couldn’t ignore us any longer and had to hand it over to us. When we pointed it out, she rudely said, “it’s only a dollar”. On top of that, I’m allergic to tomatoes and specifically said no tomatos on any of the tacos. She even repeated it back to us correctly… then gave me tomatoes on every taco. I’ve never been treated so poorly. I will only be returning to report the worker to a higher manager and hopefully they can put a stop to the night worker stealing money from customers and have a better attitude or go work somewhere else that her nasty attitude doesn’t have to be seen or heard

They discontinue items in 1 day and expect people to know this guy also can’t change the menu and pay the difference. TB has changed over the years and not for the better. The people they hire are there for a pay check and not to help themselves become better people but to bring a pay check home. It’s sick.

I probably should have checked the reviews before eating here, however I am very disappointed I spent $12 here. My chili cheese burrito was $4 and my chicken was $8.26. My chicken was burnt and very dry on the inside. My mother had a Mexican Pizza that weighed about 2 lbs full of beans. I should have taken pictures too cause this was horrible. Never going back. The lady taking my order was very pleasant and sounded like she loves her job, I appreciated that

I can see why taco bell is getting sued. So tired of higher prices and WORSE food. 25 bucks and half of it is inedible. Unacceptable. Do better by your customers or get sued out of existence.
(The part of the chicken soft taco not pressed by a machine is all hard as a rock, inedible)

Ordered through the app tonight and spent $35 to find all the food was carelessly thrown into the bag. My Mexican pizza was in the bottom of the bag halfway out of the container and leaking all over everything. I did not get my chips or cheesy fiesta potatoes and no sauces. My Doritos nacho tacos were half wrapped and falling apart, I had to scoop lettuce and other toppings back into my taco in order to eat them. The new steak poblano quesadilla was tiny in comparison to the photos online and poorly made. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. This location needs investigated.

Honestly if I could give zero stars on this for this place I would. First and foremost they send out a taco looking like this. When we opened it you could tell by smell alone the meat was rancid. Upon taking the food back to this particular location the manager did not know how to contact Uber eats to get me a refund. She looked like she had smoked at least an ounce of weed by herself. When I asked her to call the store manager she wouldn’t even do so but said she had tried. She had a scrawny little sidekick trying desperately to get involved as well has his friends who were just hanging out in the lobby. They way she wanted to solve the issue was trying to serve more of the rancid food. None of the employees even tried pulling the food off the the line but instead continued to serve it to customers in the drive thru. I will be contacting corporate and the health department about this location .

Worst taco bell in the area for sure. Tired of driving over here just to waste my time. They never have eggs for breakfast and open later than all the other taco bells in the area. I’d honestly would rather drive 15 mins further to avoid this place. Employees take forever getting your food to you also. Place is a disaster and the staff is incompetent. The district manager needs to step up and actually do something unless they dont care and if that’s the case they need to be fired along with the entire building. Worst tb I’ve ever been to

All the younger employees excluded the staff here needs to get it together. It’s 9:30 am you’ve been open for awhile how do you not have eggs made for breakfast? Then you tell me it’ll be 30 mins that Means you haven’t even started them. Management get it together. Customers I’d just go to the one on colfax. Customer Service is better there and at least they had eggs for breakfast.

Food is freaking trash just picked up my food and it’s literally all trash looks like they through it in the box. Don’t work in fast food if you are just gonna mess peoples food up. And stop hiring teenagers who don’t give a damn . Put these lids back to 12 dollars a hour .
