Took super long in the drive through, which ok a little annoying but it’s fine. Once we finally got our food they were super stingy with the chicken in the bowl, but kindly added more. l didn’t realize until I took a bite out of my crunch wrap suprime, but they didn’t add any meat!! The food also just tasted super off and weird.

It’s nice to finally have a Taco Bell in Pecos. The staff is kind, food is fresh, no complaints overall with anything related to the food or staff itself. BUT, I give it 3 stars for the wait times. They appear to be very understaffed. Perhaps management would consider a wage increase as incentive to get more staff. One night they were lined up to the road and I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru then decided to leave and come back. About an hour later it was the same way! Waited over 30 minutes in line the second time! Every other time I’ve been here, no matter what I order, I’m asked to pull forward and wait on my food. It never fails. I wish I could just be smart and stay away from the place with such horrible wait times, but I’m a fat and lazy American stuck in Pecos, TX. That should tell you all you need to know

Just opened yesterday 10/28/25 Food was really good, made as ordered with no mistakes, while they were slammed cars all the way around the building back out to the road. Service was amazing, and fast for opening day and the situation. Food tasted great and was hot. Will definitely be back, my new go to. Nice to have new fast food variety in Pecos.

Stopped by Taco Bell and had a very disappointing experience. They were completely out of all sauce packets, which we weren’t informed about until after ordering. If I had known beforehand, I wouldn’t have ordered at all. I also ordered three large drinks, but they didn’t have large cups available, only medium. Several other customers in the restaurant were clearly frustrated with the same issues regarding drinks and sauces. On top of that, the order took about 10 minutes longer than the quoted time. Overall, poor communication and service. I won’t be returning.

My first time ordering. Nacho fries hot and delicious, Catina chicken quesadilla was yummy but I got all the way to Saragosa before I realized that they charged me for a crunch wrap supreme but didn’t put one in my bag. My fault for not checking but please I only ordered 3 things. How can you mess that up? I was too far to turn around. ☹️

ordered a basic order for 2. like 5 things. EVERY SINGLE THING WAS WRONG. customized stuff i could understand but everything we got had extra ingredients. that’s after we had to order it 3 times, and waited in line for 20 minutes because no one knew we didn’t have our food yet. overall awful experience. and these are grown adults, mind you. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Service is horrible. The drive try line was wrapped around the building and employees were just standing in the back on their phones. By the time I got my hard tacos they were soft. Not once have I got a drink from there that that wasn’t just all carbonation and no syrup.
