I hate leaving such negative reviews on any business but this one just can’t go without saying. This evening I went through the drive thru and ordered a luxe box and a large nacho fry. I had asked for some chips and cheese but then changed my mind and asked for it to be removed from my order before I was done at the drive thru screen. The guy working the drive thru tonight audibly sighed and said “is that it”. So I said yes sir and he gave me the total. Anyways, I get to the window and hand him my cash and once again he sighs real loud while I hand him the change and then he closes the window. I guess we aren’t allowed to pay in cash anymore? He comes back and hands me my food and drink. I don’t see a straw so politely I ask if there is a straw in the bag and he just looks at me and then grabs a straw from the I guess basket above him and hands it to me. I say thank you and he hands me my change and then shuts the door. I got home and although I paid for a large nacho fry I got a small. I try to give people grace because maybe they’re just having a rough night but at some point professionalism is expected in the food industry and it wasn’t shown tonight. I usually have a good experience with this Taco Bell but tonight’s interactions and outcomes have changed my mind on this establishment or at least their staff. Hopefully this can be improved.

I put in a mobile order, but some drunk guy walked in ahead of me, took my bag of food out to his car, rifled through it, apparently realized it wasn’t his, brought it back in, and set it on the to go counter like nothing happened. Very thankful that the staff working there were OK remaking the order no issue so I didn’t have to deal with that. Shame they had to deal with it, and they were nothing but professional and courteous.

Absolutely Disgusting – Worst Taco Bell I’ve Ever Visited if I could give 0 stars i would.
This location was filthy from the moment we walked in. The tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all day, and the trash cans were overflowing onto the floor. When we politely asked for a rag to clean our own table, the staff member got an attitude.
The food was just as disappointing. The chicken tenders were burnt beyond recognition—not once, but twice. They were so tough you couldn’t even break into them. When we asked for a refund, the manager snapped at us, raising her voice and saying, “That’s why I asked the FIRST TIME if you wanted your money back, because they’re all like this.” We remained polite, but the disrespect was unacceptable.
The rest of the meal wasn’t any better—hardly any meat, mostly breading, and poor quality overall. Meanwhile, the staff preferred to talk about hotel stays with each other instead of taking care of customers.
To top it off, the AC didn’t work, the bathroom had no paper towels, and it made me seriously question whether the staff even wash their hands. Thankfully, we went next door for chicken strips that were fresh, juicy, and cooked correctly—proving it’s not too much to ask for basic quality and cleanliness.
This place needs serious management changes. I will never be back and would not recommend it to anyone.

My wife walked into the store asking for an item remade because it has almost no meat in it and then said “that’s how it’s supposed to be made” and the lady was very disrespectful. Telling her “you need to eat your vegetables” everything was uncalled for and if I was there it would have gone a completely different way. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone and would also recommend hiring someone who isn’t disrespectful. We don’t have time for disrespect

I waited over 30 minutes for my food. Went up there and 2 minutes after they handed us our food. Got it and our chicken was burnt and hard. So we left.

Every single table in the place was dirty. We had to ask for a towel just to clean our own table, and the employee got an attitude before reluctantly walking over to wipe it down. I even told them we would have just chosen another table, but they were all dirty. The trash was overflowing.
The food was terrible. We made the mistake of ordering chicken strips from Taco Bell (I know, my first mistake!), but they were so bad we asked for them to be remade. The second batch was just as bad…if not worse. You couldn’t even tear them apart with your hands. We asked for a refund, and the manager snapped back, “That’s why I asked the first time if you wanted a refund, they’re all like that.”
We were polite with every request, but most of the employees had a rude attitude. The place wasn’t even busy, so there was no excuse for the mess. Instead of working, they stood around chatting about hotel stays and personal topics.
Thank God we were just passing through. Nasty behavior and nasty atmosphere. Very disappointed.

Taco Bell never fails me! Always satisfied with the food, service, and very polite workers!! They keep a clean and tidy place here! Drive thru is my favorite method to get taco bell. Also pretty quick with preparing the food after ordering without being sloppy or messy!
