Not the best experience… went in right at lunchtime so I was expecting it to be busy, but a 20 minute wait for Taco Bell is a bit much. Got home, tacos where less than even for Taco Bell average. Just kind of a meh time… I wouldn’t really recommend it.

I placed a mobile order online for 3 tacos and it was wrong. I returned and there were at least 10 cars in the drive through and the doors were locked so I called and they finally answered on the 4th call. I sat in front of the store for almost 30 minutes waiting on my remake. The guy came out and asked again how I requested the tacos and they were wrong a second time. I didn’t have another 30 minutes to wait on their incompetence so I just left and said screw it! I’ll never stop here again.

The last two times I have grabbed food from here through the drive-through, they always make you pull forward in a parking spot and wait at least 15 minutes to get your food. It doesn’t matter who pulls in through the drive-through, every single person has to park and wait even though there’s no one inside. Both times our food has been cold. Today, they also didn’t have any ice for their drinks. This location has gone downhill so quickly.

Stopped by because of commercial saying the grilled steak burrito was back. It was an hour before close, and I was told they had already turned off the grill for the night. When asked what they did have, I was told tacos. So I got a couple of tacos. They were they same Taco Bell always has, not bad, nothing special. Wasn’t what I went for or had my mind set on. I didn’t starve. So at least there’s that.

Ok, the restaurant is pretty dirty inside the restroom. There was no toilet paper or paper towels in their either. I saw an employee who rubbed is face with the gloves and didn’t take them off and put new ones that’s a big red flag in the food industry, and it’s a health validation. So please Taco Bell let’s learn a the importants lesson of food safety.

Waited more than 40 minutes for them to make my order. They came to my vehicle 2 times and still got my order wrong. They went back inside to make my order, I used to work here and the service was not like this. They are slow and will forget to make your order

We always go thru the drive thru fairly late one time we went we missed an item on our order(we didn’t order it) and one that we did order wasn’t in the bag, I called TB back and went back the gentleman Corrected MY mistake as well as his!! $5 tip for him he works so hard as he was the only one there that one COLD night bless him ♥️
