I went here and upon walking in. All the employees were sitting down on the tables playing UNO and some where on there phones which they weren’t on break because I asked, including the so called manager. The Taco Bell looked a little dirty and unclean. Ya, NOT A GOOD LOOK. So I don’t know why they were all sitting around when there was work to be done… I ordered my food which they showed courtesy which is good but when they got up from the tables to make my order they didn’t wash their hands and began to make my food. Then when I got my burrito it barely had any beef and was folded into a half a burrito . What the hell? But they did fix it. Still not very professional and I was disappointed in my visit.

Theres always issues with this place. At times they have no ingredients and will rudely tell you. Or they will only take cash exact change or just card. The workers are always lazy and rude. I asked to place to seperate orders and was told they could only do one at a time. I was the only one in line. Ordered got my food went back around to get one more item as requested. No thankyous no have a nice day nothing. There pathetic lazy workers. Tacobell do better. This is the only location that has problems. Lubbock and seminole locations NEVER have these issues.

Edit: AGAIN! sick and tired of the quality of the food i am being given i almost didn’t go to taco bell today because i KNEW this would happen its every single time i come i gotta have them remake it
Edit: ONCE AGAIN THIS STORE IS GARBAGE! EVERY TIME! Powerbowl is missing half of its ingredients and that’s after they said to go back in an hour because they ran out of RICE. AT 5PM. No sour cream, no beans, no tomatoes! They didn’t put the hot sauce! Or the salsa that we PAY FOR. GARBAGE. Went down to 1 star.

This place needs zero rating the disrespect I had from an employee there I went to order some burritos on 03/06/2026 at about 8:15pm and a black guy who worked the window asked what I wanted and I told him and he starts laughing disrespectful and I said is there something funny? And just kept laughing cause the big order I had don’t come here they are very disrespectful close this place down customer service is very poor

If we could give zero stars we would. We have been to this location probably 10 times in the last year and never once have they gotten the order right. We are normally missing at least 25% of our order. The tacos are so greasy the paper is stuck to them and rips the tortilla when you open it up. Not to mention a few times we tried to go and they either told us they were too busy (mind you nobody was in the drive thru or inside) to make our order or they told us they closed an hour or so early so they weren’t taking orders. The way I see it, the employees just decide if they don’t feel like working they just tell people they can’t order. The sign says open, lights stay on but nobody can order. Awful awful awful location

The service and the cleanliness of the restaurant were pluses. The tortillas were very hard and stale. The chicken strips were very old making the taco not edible. Waste of three dollars. Might consider just skipping this Taco Bell on my next pass thru.

Good Taco Bell. Thank God they brought back the Mexican Pizza. Friendly service and clean building/bathrooms. This has a pizza hut attached as well. Never gotten Pizza, only drive thru Taco Bell and used the bathroom.

Waited in the drive through for 10 min and no one answered, when we drove off the employees where hanging out in the lobby. This location has terrible service.
