Jesus Christ Hereford Taco bell,…..we just ordered the 12 pc tacos for 24.00 and these sucked! You must have sprinkled the meat on there, you hot sauce packets were heavier than that dang taco!!! You’ve lost my business.

They close earlier than they’re supposed to which is an inconvenience. Taco bell isnt the same anymore. It really sucks. Next time I’m posting a photo so you guys know we’re not kidding. They’re in the lobby with the lights off. It’s really freaking ridiculous.

Honestly I’m not Taco Bell’s biggest fan but this was aight. Got all of this for $5.00. That drink was pretty good, had to go the next day for another one. Good customer service, employees working hard to get orders fast and ready. Please be kind when asking for sauce or anything that might have been forgotten. Don’t forget to download the Taco Bell app to complete your challenges. Drive-thru only!

We ordered through the Taco Bell app, which allowed us to choose to pick up the order inside. When we got there the lobby was closed and it didn’t really look like the drive thru was open. We were traveling with our dogs and walked them around outside before going through the drive thru. It was open, we received our order and while I was checking to make sure my burritos didn’t have any dairy in them, the lady opened the door again to tell us she had a timer on the drive thru. That’s cool – but there was no one else waiting for food and I’d generally like to eat mine without a serious allergic reaction…. Luckily, the burritos were made correctly and we went on our way. Hopefully it’s great when the lobby reopens.

I am very dissatisfied with my first trip to Taco Bell. This was my first and will DEFINITELY be my last visit EVER. You could’ve had a loyal customer but instead you chose to not listen to my instructions and screw up my order. I did not order a supreme hard taco specifically WITHOUT tomatoes but, I received a supreme taco with tomatoes instead. I am highly allergic to tomatoes and sour cream so I will not be visiting with this business again.

9:15pm go inside can’t read the dining menu lights were off. All lights were dim. Waitress ask what I want. I reply back can you turn lights on menu. She had a attitude like why ask her turn the lights on. When I get my meal to go. I was checking to see that I got all 3 tacos and burritos were cold. i mentioned it to the waitress and she got her boss. He stated he would make a new taco. I tried to tell him everything was cold. I got the feeling they did not want to work, they just wanted to play with the little ones and listen to loud music and play on there phones.

Came by an hour before close on Thursday, and didn’t have high expectations. Wow the team did a great job though! Got exactly what I ordered (with customizations) and the grilled items were perfectly crispy. Friendly staff and it took about 10 minutes which let me know they took care to prepare the food well even off the value menu and late at night. Wish I had a receipt to recognize at least someone by name, but I did a mobile order. Best I can say is thank you to all!

The evening manager is great! He treats his staff great and his customers great too! He’s funny and interacts with customers. He tried helping a homeless woman by giving her food vouchers. She was not nice in receiving them but he still gave them to her. He also covered the cost of an order of cinnamon twists we ordered to go after we were done eating. He did not have to do that. That’s just the type of guy he is. Other staff was very friendly. Very quick service. Food was good. Fresh and hot. Restaurant was very clean. If employees weren’t helping a customer they were finding something to clean. Rare find these days.

Probably best Taco Bell I have been too. It was quick and clean. A quick walk from the truckstop. A warning though, if you have problems jogging take caution crossing the highway it is pretty busy with some fast drivers. Good luck and happy eating, thanks for the tacos.
