Im going to start by saying that we have stopped at this Taco Bell numerous times and it was very good. Today however, I don’t know what happened. The taco shells were stale and smelled and the Chalupa’s were cold. This was very disappointing. My husband told them about the taco shells. I cant quit tasting the staleness of them.

I last visited this location 7 months ago and vowed “never again”. But then I got to thinking well, maybe things have changed and how about that, I was right – it’s even worse. When I got home I discovered part of my order had been left out and the part I did receive I wished I hadn’t. The refried beans had a granular texture (???) and were fairly tasteless, and the cheese was old, orange-looking and crusted. Also, the burritos were mostly tortilla and not much filling but loading them up with sauce packets helped a little. This location is the worst Taco Bell I have EVER visited, by far. Maybe someday Dumas will get a decent Mexican fast food location, because we need one badly.

Disappointed in the items I ordered through the drive-thru. Fountain machine was not working. Cheese and chips I ordered we’re not even worth what I paid. Phone number listed did not work at all. $10 I spent was not worth 3 tacos and 2 cheese and chips.

Received really well done basic food. HOWEVER! We had ordered a lot of extras and inclusions and exclusions. Stuff like NO CHEESE and NO DAIRY. At the bare minimum you can at least read what we ordered. 0/5 if I could.

I appreciated how they wrote “no cheese” on the items that I ordered. And it was all actually correct. Im from colorado and SO MANY Taco Bells dont do that… it took a few extra seconds… but I appreciated it a million times over.

This is the worst Taco Bell ever. I live in Amarillo but travel through Dumas often. Every time, my experience just gets worse. I’ll wait 4-5 months to order and it’s still the same I don’t give a crap attitude and my order is never right. Won’t be back this time.

Went to go through the drive through as I am at lunch and have to get back to work told them I need to place 2 orders the lady on the other end was absolutely rude so I went inside absolutely no staff greated anyone inside made me use the kiosk and the wait was absolutely ridiculous I received 1 order about 10 minutes later than the 1st and i placed them 1 right after the other on the kiosk do better taco bell!!!
