+(***) Service is always Nice Friendly and I don’t want to jinx myself but never an issue exactly in a small town we hate to take the long drive there EVEN worse when you get back home and things aren’t there or bad but never an issue. THANK YA FOR always keeping it simple.
+(**) I Mean it’s taco bell I’m not expecting Top tier food but so far taco bell has stepped up the game with quality I know prices went up but I much rather pay couple dollars more for better quality but not were it’s a big dent in the pocket LOVE the New Steak Chalupa Taco the steak and cheese where flavor full I love the cinnamon twist and LOVE LOVE LOVE the potatoe taco and the chipotle sauce YUMMMM!

Taco Bell has gone crazy. Just paid 18.00 for three tacos, a burrito supreme, cheese nachos (very small) and a tea that was barely brown. Also had to order at a kiosk because no one would come to the counter to take an order from me. Whatever happened to customer service? While there, a girl did come from the back and out into the dining area to grab trays off of the trash bin. Thought she would come back and clean tables but, no. I went to counter to get refill (since there wasn’t any tea in the dining room)and as I am walking up two guys came through the door and girl rushed up to counter to take their order and I would have had to wait for my refill if one of the guys hadn’t have been kind enough to let me get refill before he ordered. Thanks to him for being more observant and helpful than the staff. Bottom line, probably won’t go back to a Taco Bell unless they go back to serving their customers and at least acting like they want your business.

Ordered at the kiosk. Fifteen minutes no food, no drinks, no one even acknowledged we were there. Too busy doing drive through orders to take care of in person customers. Had the holler to get someone’s attention to check on our food. Completely incompetent management.

This place is horrible the have poor customer service horrible attitudes I was waiting over 15 minutes for my order to be taken and they just stared and made faces at me when I proceeded to the window after ordering through drive thru the lady rudely took my money from my hand and almost dropped my food while handing it to me poor staff is just unreasonable do better tacobell

Had one of the greatest experience today at Taco Bell here inHondo Texas. I walked in to the restaurant and the staff was very courteous and attentive. My food seemed like it had just been prepared. However the awesome experience came when a homeless gentleman walked in and asked if he could have a glass of water. The employee behind the counter immediatly said yes to him and when the gentleman asked if there was any way that they could help him out with some food. Once again, The employee behind the counter immediately answered Yes and they would be able to do something for him. I don’t know if this is common practice for Taco Bell to do something like this but you guys get a five-star from me. Sometimes it’s these little things that help you restore your faith in humanity. There are still very many good people out there. I know a few of them are at this Taco Bell. Keep it up guys!

UNREAL experience at Taco Bell tonight.. we placed our complicated order (my husband has a lot of mods) and it was immediately ready at the window! We thought for sure something would be wrong. Our order was not only perfect but fresh and very nicely put together! We were blown away with this service and want to move to Hondo just to frequent this Taco Bell more! Cashier listed as “Ricky n”, not sure who else was working tonight but they killed it!!

Amber was truly the best, She was so helpful and so kind and her manners are amazing. They were backed up but she welcomed us with a smile and she informed us that she’d take our order as soon as possible.
People need to realize there are only three workers and I recognize two are cooks and they may not have register experience so be kind to the employees and wait your turn.
