Last night ordered a chicken chalupa supreme and this is how the condition of the food is just some lettuce and some chicken. No cheese nothing and please don’t give customers food in this condition. When people wants to have some food and order it this is how it looks. If you can’t meet at least basic requirements in food please stop continuing the business.And this all not about money. Just try to serve some good food. I have never seen a Taco Bell chain in this worst experience. I would recommend not to go this location at all.

IF YOU ORDER DRIVE THRU, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER WHILE AT THE WINDOW!!

Been coming by here for some time now and I gotta say it’s getting worst every time. My tacos were missing cheese on one order a while back. A few other times my order was wrong with missing items.

Now I’m noticing my tacos are losing weight with barely any meat paste, lettuce and cheese. I’m talking about super thin tacos to where I finished one taco in 3 bites starting from the bottom to the top and didn’t bother eating the shell. Also noticed my tacos get stuck to the paper and tacos crumbles by the time I’m ready to eat it. I literally live 5 minutes from Taco Bell, my tacos should not be stuck to the paper when still fresh and hot. Get a new paper wrap or taco shell to prevent this from happening because I know I’m not the only one experiencing this mess. Refer to my photos below to see what I am talking about. You may be able to see how thin the taco is as well.

As for me, I’m taking a long break from this establishment until they get better management and personnel to serve me what I paid for, I’m sick of being dissatisfied.

Honestly the food doesn’t even look appetizing from the looks of these photos.

I still question myself after every meal, why do I still eat this crap??

This place is a health hazard.

Worst food quality, even worse and rude staff and worsen Manager .. I am very surprised this Taco Bell is allowed to operate. At least in front of me when my wife went to ask them nicely why Mexican Pizza looks different than what we usually eat? The young girl started with rude response and then said i am not making it again. We didn’t even asked them to make it again. We have been eating Mexican Pizza at Taco Bell for more than 10 years and we saw its different so as a customer went and asked a question. When I saw my wife came a little shocked with the behavior of that rude girl, I went to manager and it was heights .. she didn’t even seem interested in hearing what we had to say and just responded sir it’s over, move on .. Sure I moved on and filing an official complaint to Taco Bell corporate office with food punctures and this incident .. Luckily I saw another customer who also ended up arguing with them and the whole staff came on to him .. So thanks for being the worst and making sure that my family will never visit again.. Such an insensitive, rude and zero customer focused staff .. have never seen in 10 years of my visits to many Taco Bells ..Attaching some strangely made and uncut Pizza for which we had to go back to them and remind that usually you guys are supposed to cut it ..

Taco Bell Customer Service,

I am writing to formally report a serious and deeply concerning incident involving my recent order from your restaurant. To my absolute shock, I discovered a metal bolt inside my food.This is an egregious food safety violation that could have caused severe harm to my family, including my children. What if mistakenly my children had it. The thought of what could have happened had someone bitten into this object is unacceptable and horrifying.

What is even more unacceptable is Taco Bell’s lack of urgency in addressing this matter. I initially contacted customer service, and I was told that a manager would call me. It took three days for the manager to reach out, and when I missed the call, I attempted to call back multiple times—without any response. This level of disregard for a major safety issue is completely unprofessional and demonstrates a shocking lack of concern for customer well-being.I demand immediate action regarding this situation. I expect a full investigation into how such a dangerous object ended up in my food and a detailed explanation of what corrective measures will be taken to ensure this never happens again. Additionally, I expect a timely and professional response—not to be ignored after raising such a critical issue.I have photographic evidence of the bolt and am prepared to escalate this matter further if necessary. I expect an immediate response outlining how Taco Bell intends to handle this issue.

Would give zero stars if possible but I suppose I will let the one star be for the staff that did seem to be trying. However poor service stems from poor leadership and it is obviously a major issue here. I could rant forever about this horrible experience but will just be to the painfully obvious point. Poor service most likely stemming from the franchise owner trying to save a buck by short staffing and simultaneous poor operating practices. P.s. was an online order and I received my food 42min after the estimated ready time..

Absolutely fabulous employees! Went above & beyond for my needs, wasn’t sure what i wanted to order when i arrived & this girl with black & red hair helped me out & helped me figure out exactly what i was looking for! Food came out amazing & super hot & fresh. 5 Stars to all these employees & the establishment.

This specific taco bell is always SO trash. Everything always tastes old and they skimp out on ingredients. Take a look at my quesadilla that i got- it literally arrived with FOUR pieces of chicken, and a SPRINKLE of cheese. How is this okay? Actual trash waste of money…

Keep in mind this is only ONE example from all my shitty experiences here.

Everyone in my car complained how slow in the head the operator was to understand simple orders. We didnt even get napkins. Not surprised this has 3 stars and under.
