Absolutely nobody knew what was going on here. These guys couldn’t get it together whatsoever. Everyone was talking negatively of not about each other then the job itself. Multiple people were waiting over 20 minutes for their orders as well. They couldn’t even keep up with napkin dispensers, or bother to change the soda syrups for the dining room. Instead they’d rather challenge my knowledge on how soda fountains work. Also, they enjoy looking at everyone standing around the dining room like they’re stupid multiple times before even asking if you need anything. Which was about 10 minutes AFTER approaching the counter. Not sure why anybody ever decided to pay these guys anything above $7-8/hour. To top it off, my food was cold by the time I actually got something to drink. And the chips were atleast two days old guaranteed. Absolutely SHAMEFUL even for a fast food restaurant.

I would give zero stars if I could we ordered online and not only was it not ready but the food was wrong and they didn’t have some of the items that we ordered online and we couldn’t get a refund some of the food was right but I got a potato taco and it had only 5 pieces on it while everything else is overpowering over 50 cents per piece of potato what is this do better in will not return to this location, the service wasn’t much better when we arrived and they didn’t have one of the frozen drinks we ordered we switched it but when we got up to the window they said they were out of that one aswell and with a rude and aggressive tone just told us to pick a different drink and that we couldn’t get a refund 0-5 stars terrible restaurant do better.

The service was okay here(kind of slow). Wouldn’t have been so bad except when I did get my order, the fries were soggy and lukewarm. The chalupa taco had maybe one tablespoon of beans(see attached pic) and 10 tiny strands of cheese. Not worth $5 bucks in my opinion. The worker’s and manager’s excuse was, “we can only put what they allow us to put on them”. I kind if doubt that! I bet some workers take home a lot of leftovers at the end of each day. They gave me a refund right away, but I would’ve rather they just added some beans to my taco and let me enjoy my lunch on my short lunch break. Won’t be returning to this one.

3 items from my order were missing when i arrived home, causing 3 kids at my son’s bday party to go without their food. When i finally made it back an hour later they did give me the items, but zero apology or offer of compensation for the inconvenience. I get that mistakes happen. There would be no negative review if they had been kind about it.

What are your customers a bunch of freaking mind readers? What the hell kind of hours is this and what does this mean? Or later just however we feel at the moment? This is the sketchiest Taco Bell ever been to besides the one on Brodie and slaughter.
Your workers work in the midnight oil are full of attitude. All I want to do is order a cravings box and you guys are giving me nothing but attitude saying I have to order through the app. I shouldn’t have to order anything through the app if it’s available on the menu. I don’t have time to sit there mess around with an app letting the line build up.
Also you reduce the size of your sodas. It’s not my fault you choose to stay in California and pay your workers $20 an hour. You need to close your locations and pull out of California and send a signal and quit punishing the rest of the country for your greed because you want to stay in California.

What a disappointment. I came here instead of eating gas station food while on a route. I figured the location looked nice enough, so how bad could it be? When I received my meal it was basically cooked the the paper, and nearly inedible. Terrible waste of my time and money. Do better Taco Bell.

I was traveling back from Austin and went out of my way to come to this Taco Bell because of the positive reviews. This location did not disappoint. The kiosk worked so I was able to place my order and they were quick to give me my drink cup. The drink I got wasn’t flat and my food came out quick. Also got tacos and the shell actually wasn’t stale for once! Definitely recommend this location.

Chicken chalupa with literally 5 small pieces of chicken in it and a chicken quesadilla with both ends missing the inside of the quesadilla part.
