I ordered food late before closing and the lady that took my order and took my payment was not very nice, however Christian had superb customer service. She did not make me feel bad about ordering late. She kept me updated on my order which was fresh and was suowr nice. Thank you to her! I had a very long day and I know I ordered last-minute however unlike the lady at the window ans that took payment you didn’t make me feel like a bother. Thanks so much!

Lmfao what a joke. We went through the drive thru:
1. They didn’t have any large cups so they gave us a medium when we paid for a large (online).
2. Didn’t have the flavor slush we ordered.
3. They pulled us forward away from the window just to have us wait forever. There wasn’t another customer in line or inside.
4. They handed us our food and we immediately ate a fry (we decided to try that new nugget meal and it came with fries. Had to clarify because who goes to Taco Bell for fries lol) yeah so the fries were cold like they had been sitting for hours. Yeah trashed those.
5. Just look at this picture. What in the world. These are the ‘nuggets’ I mean just look at them. They were hard as a rock and cold to the touch. We had to break one open just to see what was inside. The ‘chicken’ (or hamster meat.. whatever that was) looked dry as could be and smelt extremely odd. Definitely tossed it in the trash.
Yikes, night crew needs to get it together.

What a horrible experience!! Dining room was closed. The 3 people i had contact with got order wrong after i tried to tell them. Then when i tried to hand receipt back. Young lady said NO WE’LL JUST GIVE IT TO YOU and slammed window in my face. Lady taking order looked under the influence and it least 5 times closed window in my face. Then a man came and said YOU’RE TRYING TO GET THEM TO GIVE YOU FREE FOOD? I of course said no I did not! All we ask for was craving box which is on menu and was told they didn’t have a 5 dollar box. And when we got home tie food was horrible and uneatable!! This store needs to be addressed. Our experience was Unexceptable..

Dirty place to eat. Floor was dirty trash on the tables. Not one person said a word. The female came to our table and took a taco back. She takes food out to the cars with gloves on and she doesn’t change them when she goes in. Touching food with dirty gloves on… I’m not from Gonzales but the drive to Victoria is worth the drive.. so with that being said I’m going to contact corporate and yes even email them the pictures…..

Went through the drive thru and was the last person to receive my food. Don’t let them have you pull around to the front. You’ll be the last person to receive your food.
