Wish I would have read the reviews first. Walk in waiting at counter after waiting 5 min they final said go to kiosk, then he did kinda help me for a min then left . So I hunting to find what I wanted. I’m fine I can find it eventually. Did some old people came in and they did same to them.this is so stupid they can’t take your order at the counter especially for the older couple who was having trouble. Food came out not hot. Don’t waste your time at this taco bell go to others. Been awhile since I had this bad of service from taco bell. Plus when sun comes up your blinded if u seat on one side of the restaurant. Which sucks if the restaurant is full

I’m only speculating, but the Edinburg location has to be the worst Taco Bell in the valley. Only happens at this particular Taco Bell. My order is always incorrect and the majority of the time, my tacos are soggy, cold, sticking to the paper, and nasty. Talking to the manager is useless and I dont think anyone knows what they are doing. The restaurant is in desperate need of a renovation; It’s dirty, tables are always sticky, and looks old and run down. I honestly don’t know who would have anything good to say about this taco bell, other than staff and maybe their friends and family members. Its HORRIBLE!!

As soon as you walk in they walk you to the order kiosk which is pretty wierd because they could have just taken our order at the register. Even after being walked to the order kiosk they entered the order for me so again. Could have just taken our order at the register. Food was as expected. But my son’s nacho fries were cold. Everything else was hot so idk why the fries were cold. The building is super hot, they need to get the windows tinted asap. Really uncomfortable to eat inside this place. Anyway save yourself a trip and make it to the other taco bells in the area.

This has to be one of the biggest taco fails ever! You seriously want to charge $2.39 for this! I put the sauce packet in picture for scale. This consist of a “piece” of chicken, a few pieces of lettuce a few tomatoes and about 8 strands of cheese. DO NOT ORDER THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED. This is embarrassing especially when you compare to what they show on menu board.
