The service would have been great and fast if I was able to get everything I needed upon the first meeting. Instead, I was just given my food and I ended up waiting for 2 drinks for about 10 minutes. I ended up feeling very disappointed and my food turned cold and bland.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to. I had a mobile order in the drive-thru. They were so slow at taking orders and getting the line going that after 15 minutes I went inside. (There were only three cars in front of me) I waited another 10 minutes, neither management or staff members acknowledged my presence and carried on as if I wasn’t standing there waiting for something. Because I only have a limited time for my lunch I ended up having to cancel my order and go back to work without any food. Thank you for that.

Probably the worst Taco Bell in the city. Orders are always wrong, and even when they’re correct, the food is usually cold or half cooked. They are generally empty inside with 2 or so customers but despite this the place is always dirty inside. Its a convienant location for a lot of people, its too bad the employees here lack motivation to do their jobs.

Order # 237… I visited this location to pick up a quick meal. I could hardly hear the female who took my order in the drive thru. Seems like the more I ordered the lower her voice got like if I was inconveniencing her. I ordered the new steak cheesy street chalupus box including taco supremes and a burrito. When I get home and open the box i immediately notice the street cheesy chalupas are smaller than I thought and that they look old and burnt. Sure enough looking at the cheesy street chalupus and they are beyond edible. The shells are so burnt that they are dried and look old. Seems like they might have been there for a while and instead of throwing them away decided to pass them on to a drive thru customer who is highly unlikely to drive all the way back for fressh food or a refund. Sadly I am not surprised as about 3 weeks ago I purchased the cantina chicken crispy tacos and the exact same thing. They were old and burnt. It seems that depending on what you order will depend if the food is old or not. I do understand it’s fast food and that I shouldn’t expect restaurant quality. But I do expect to have fresh food that doesn’t look like it was there for hours then reheated to be given to an unsuspecting customer.

Most terrible experience today. To begin with, when placing my order, couldn’t even hear what they were saying and claimed they couldn’t hear what I was saying. Finally it improved and placed my order and approached the window seeing all these young kids, talking and when the young lady handed me my drink, she basically shoved into my hand. Got My meal, went home and when I looked at my nacho Bell grande, just the appearance of the food was ugly. Then I opened up my chicken Chalupa taco and the taste of the Chalupa was terrible and as you look at the photo, not enough chicken for my money and didnt bother to ask if i wanted hot sauce…I think the manager should be fired!

Just went in with my pregnant wife and ordered a crunch-wrap supreme combo, a single crunch-wrap and an order of chips and cheese. Waited 30 minutes to get our food, went up to the counter about 17 minutes in to check on my order and the girl at the front counter had a bad attitude while asking for my name.She disappeared, and I continued to wait and watch them complete 3 or 4 more drive thru orders. Including 1 or 2 I saw them complete after bumping my flashing order from their expediting screen. We initially ordered our food to sit and eat in the restaurant but because of the wait we asked the employee who brought us our food to put it in a to-go bag. As he was bringing us our food in the to-go bag he murmured obscenities and something along the lines of “you’re gonna give me attitude” under his breath as he was walking over to us.
When I finally got my order I was about 3/4 of the way through my crunch-wrap without any meat, and my crunchy taco was barely filled. My wife’s crunch-wrap was mostly sour-cream. This is by far the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Taco Bell ever and I’ve been a customer my whole life.

I would like to thank Diana who is employed at this location. The option to pay with a card at the register did not work but she was kind enough to help me through the self check out. She definitely made our visit a success. The food was loaded with meat as well. Very satisfied with this location.

I’m not a tech person,and if I wanted to deal with a computer I would have ordered from my phone when I go in to a restaurant I want to have the person help me at the counter not take me to the daing computer to order my food. Never going back.
