Taco bell is normally my go to for lunch. It took almost 5 minutes for someone to notice me even though I checked in when I got there. Someone finally asked if I’ve been helped, and from there it was smooth sailing. I’m never disappointed with my food so that’s always a relief.

We placed an online order, it wasnt totally jacked up, but some of the stuff we added and paid for wasnt on the food and the stuff we didnt want like tomatoes or sour cream were unfortunately. just dropped the ball on this one, and they could not be bothered to answer the phone whatsoever. Not sure who was on the 9PM shift Thursday, but that whole team did great. I used to have horrible experiences coming to this one because the people who worked there previously didn’t care and it showed. Im not expecting the worlds best food but the quality of the ingredients and the communication and friendly team made a difference ♥️. Young gentleman at the window was thorough and respectful. Great customer service!!!

This is the second time in two weeks that I have gone to this Taco Bell and I’ve had the same problem both times – the food is served COLD. Last time it literally felt like it was straight out the freezer. Have you ever heated up frozen food in the microwave, took a bite, and got that stiff, cold, put it back in the microwave asap kinda bite? The kind that makes you second guess if you even still want to eat it. Well that’s how this Taco Bell serves their food. I really hoped the last time was a fluke but tonight I had the same issue. It wasn’t as frozen as the last time but it was cold to the touch – and I don’t mean not hot/room temperate feel, I mean actually refrigerator cold. I should not have to heat up every meal I get. It’s entirely unacceptable. I have no idea what they are doing or why they consistently serve cold food but I officially will not return to this location. I hope y’all clean up your act!

This is the most unprofessional restaurant I’ve ever been in. Every single thing they gave me was wrong. When I went in to ask for them to give me the correct items they took the entire bag of food that I had already purchased to a location that I could not see and refused to give it back when asked.
The staff is unbelievably rude. They were loudly mocking the customers they failed to help until I called them out. Absolutely ridiculous. Now I am literally afraid to eat this food. I am getting my money back.
