Been ordering the chalupa and BBQ fries without the BBQ . My son orders the chicken quesadilla. I order no BBQ sauce or jalapenos add guacamole then put sour cream on it from home. The frozen dragon fruit drink is really good. I’m just wondering when are you going to bring back the taco salad? Also the employees on hwy46 needs a dollar raise.

2 cracked barely any meat tacos, crusty refried beans topped with cheese and grease and I asked for no black beans and I get a ball of beans that doesn’t move on top of dried rice for $10. To top it off, I get a knife to eat it with 1 napkin. Absolutely horrible. Never eating at Taco Bell again! The whole order is trash, can’t even give me a fork or spoon and I get 1 single napkin. That’s absolutely wild.

This post is not about Taco Bell’s food nor the atmosphere of the restaurant. This post is to highlight one employee specifically. Amanda T. (at least that is the name on my receipt) , When I pulled up to place my order…i wasn’t met with the usual droning voice of what can i get you… She sounded chipper and inviting to me to be at her drive up. When I got to the window, again she addressed me with a very chipper, happy and pleasant voice and GET THIS.. a smile!! As I was about to drive off… she told me thank you (that never happens at drive through windows anymore!) and have a nice day!! and because of that I did have a great rest of the day. Thank you for being a great and conscientiousness employee!!

Three times I have ordered delivery from this location and it is always cold as ice. Picking it up has never been a problem. I think this is resulting as an issue from Taco Bell corporate not wanting to update systems to improve delivery timelines. The delivery driver is ALWAYS on time and very responsive. I’m surprised DoorDash even partners with Taco Bell.

Order inside…for take out. Ordered three cheesy double beef burritos and not sure what we got but they were not that. Had one box and requested the chalupa without tomato and sour cream as my son and myself are allergic. It came loaded with tomato and sour cream.
Ordered two chicken Flatbread melts and only got one. Instead of the second we got a chicken chalupa loaded with tomato. The one I did get had a hair in it. Not happy at all and would have driven back if it wasn’t pouring rain. Once I bit into the hair….the rest of the food got trashed. Will NOT be returning!!

Spent $75.00 here and not only did they miss items but what they sent was wrong. All you have to do is read the order and make what it says its not flying a plane.
