The wait time has only been increasing for even simple orders, finding a person to give you your drink cup is a task in its self. Why I am writing this review is because the women’s bathroom hasn’t had a working lock/ doorknob for months and it’s not been fixed. Taco Bell is a huge company they can afford a $15 doorknob, I’m sure they have a maintenance contract with someone but none the less this location has poor management and they need to step up and do better.

Order uber eats often and can honestly say the Food I get from there is often crappy portion sizes are way off and they neglect to give me any sauce, napkins, or straws often I would say 10 out of three times the food is bad basically 20% of the time their food is good

This taco bell has taken away everything in the app that you could get at other locations. Boxes, happy hour freezes, all of it. I guess they are so money hungry that they just dont want business at all because I know we will wait to go to locations that will serve you as normal.

Awful. Every single time. Always forgetting food or serving garbage.
I will literally update this every time now.
6/26/24- HARD potatoes, asked for no sour cream on potatoes and got it anyways. Missing gordita crunch. Regular taco thin as paper hardly any lettuce and cheese. Crunch wrap had sour cream and tomatoes order it without, also didn’t get Chipotle sauce. Tired of being charged for crap and missing items.
8/1/24 ordered 2 potato soft tacos, both tacos had a total of 2 potato’s.
1/11/2025 I pulled plastic out of my mexican pizza.
Sigh here we are again.
11/24/2025 Mexican pizza missing the red sauce and cheese not even melted just thrown on top. Taco shells all crushed.

Went through the drive through, got exactly what I asked for. Cheyenne (I really hope I’m spelling your name right) was an absolute gem, and provided the best service I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. 10/10, would recommend.

Never good at night. Cold food every time. They never fully fill the order but they’ll take your money until you ask for a refund. Deactivate items if you don’t have them for online ordering and I’ll gladly not order from you (bet they get in trouble with the big boss if they deactivate an item online). Seems they prioritize pre closing and getting closed over the guest experience…or maybe just being lazy. I feel foolish having given this location 4 chances to get it right when ordering online and they shorted our order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. But they took our money. This location is severely under managed at night. Guess leadership wants kids to close and can’t be bothered to calibrate standards at night.

ordered 7 tacos, 6 received, only 2 were correct… all were cold right out the window. idk how thats even possible, but it is. grilled cheese burrito lacked cheese and the grill, chicken strip taco came with a singular skimpy strip half the length of the taco, beefy 5 layer missed 2 layers. they were out of large cups, so they decided the beat course of action was subbing us mediums with no compensation. that means they overcharged us $4 since mediums are on happy hour for $1. then also forgot the straws. does anyone in there care in the slightest? what food inspector is being paid off the ignore these time-temp abuses?

genuinely consistently the worst taco bell i have ever been to. ive ordered many times just due to location convenience and every. single. time. something is wrong. do i need to come apply myself to get things sorted or what? because it’s so awful and disappointing to have such a lack of service and disregard for customers as well as their orders.

Just a few weeks ago, the staff earlier in the day were decent. Nice and put out “quality” food, at least for Taco Bell. This time, the cashier had to have a stick up her bum. After basically tossing our bag of food out the window, she closed it and went away. We waited a while, but they wouldn’t come back, forcing us to have to go in and get the drink she didn’t want to give us. While my husband went and got the drink, it gave me time to check the order over more. The soft taco supremes were lacking. The meat was just a greasy mess. There was no sour cream and almost no lettuce or tomato. The regular soft taco was also missing lettuce. So in he went again to rectify their mistakes. We get mistakes happen, but it was a bit ridiculous, especially with such a flippant attitude from everyone working.

My order was taken from DoorDash and never delivered so I had to drive to the store and even tho the order took awhile it was very busy, so I completely understand. The young gentleman at the cashier gave me a coupon and a drink for free amazing service very respectful lots of customers were complaining but he handle it with respect and was very sweet
