I love going to this location. Mrs. Tonya was eximirary in the experience that she provided. We have been coming to this location for over 4 months since we have moved into the neighborhood. And every interaction no matter the time or day she provides the same energy and attention on ever visit. In addition augustin who I do not believe to be involved in customer service, we have noticed his hard work and he says hello to us as well always seems happy to be working at his job and Mrs Tonya makes sure to point out to us his extreme help to her. We love this location and these two employees and believe they should be recognized for their hard work.

Don’t waste your money. Corporate greed has drastically shrunk the portions & raised the prices! $63 for 3 people. Not worth it. Tacos & burritos were skimpy & flavorless. Mexican pizza was tasty, but very pricey.
Customer Service was excellent.

So i called and the managee Antonio answered a and said i made your food it was the right amount of meat then he hung up in my face terrible service I know next time to go to the other Taco Bell’s in town

I just stopped by to grab breakfast/lunch and ordered a Nachos Bell Grande, and it didn’t have any cheese on it. I only had chips, refried beans, tomatoes, sour cream and the “meat.” It came out of the window super fast, but now I know why. Maybe they skipped a step. Smh.

8/10 times I can easily expect my order to be wrong. No matter how long its been, its consistently wrong. Its like they can’t read an order and make it properly. If I pay extra for something to be added/replaced, I expect it to be done. This has been happening for a long time, so I can easily say its probably a management issue. Can’t train employees right and can’t make sure they do their jobs correctly either. Insane.

The interior is clean and modern. When I walked in I waited at the counter for a few minutes before I saw the self-check kiosks. I ordered my food. I wanted to pay with cash, so I had to wait for someone to notice me. I wasn’t expecting high quality on the food. The breakfast quesadilla was okay. The hashbrown was overly greasy (so I couldn’t finish it). If I come back, I think I’ll stick with the lunch menu.

The food is always wrong and made incorrectly. Was told last time by the manager himself (Charles Hopps aka. Chuck) that he would fix my order and even give us cinnabons to accommodate for the constant mess ups. Not only did we not get any cinnabons, the order was still incorrect, and they didn’t remake all of the items that were messed up.

I came in after working all day and some how asked for the wrong menu number. I didn’t realize it until my order came out and I told them I accidentally ordered the wrong thing but told them it was fine I would still eat it. Someone in the back heard me and asked me what I meant to order and I told her and as we were talking another lady asked what happened and made me the correct order without charging me for it.

So very disappointed was looking forward to the new grilled burrito. I get it and the cheese was stuck to the paper making the burrito soggy. Told the manager and she said they could remake without the cheese but whats the purpose of getting the cheesey grilled burrito without the cheese on the outside grilled like it is to be.. So paid for a 6.99 box to only be able to eat 2 tacos.. The burrito not eatable so soggy.
