I was missing multiple items. On the items I was lucky enough to receive had little to no meat at all or any other ingredients. I was forced to accept a water when they told me they were out of soda. I was looking forward to my Baja blast. I paid extra for a large cup and ended up paying over 3$ for a cup of water. The might manager Joey was rude and walked away in the middle of our conversation and didn’t do anything to help!..

My fiance and I went to get some late dinner, our order was $27.
The dude at the drive thru window was very rude, everything we ordered was in the bag but it was all incorrect or just poor quality.
I ordered the steak garlic nacho fries, they came in a Mexican pizza box with maybe 8-10 fries in it. My crunch wrap was beyond soggy and we hadn’t even had the food for longer than 15 minutes, there was jalapenos in my fiance’s burrito (that he didn’t add) and we are genuinely too nervous to try the rest of our food, considering it’s all been ruined and the quality was poor quality.

The drive thru guy was super rude to my girlfriend when I sent her to pickup my order, and they charged me for volcano sauce that was ON THE MENU but there is none on my food so I’m guessing that was false advertising.

Everyone is friendly still but the quality of the food went down big time. I had a flattened Crunchwrap supreme that hardly had anything in it. I got the cheesy fiesta potatoes as the side in my box and they were so old and dry it was insane, like eating burnt carbon. I tried to eat one but it was rock hard. I ended up throwing them out. Definitely not going to come back to this one for a long time

I do not recommend anyone to order at this taco bell. The tacos barely had no meat, and it was cold and it had a lot of lettuce. The taco shells were very rotten I almost puked. The staff are very lazy at making the food. The burrito was also cold, and it had no meat in it.

The food and service was great, the atmosphere wasn’t the best only because it was practically empty aside from 2 or 3 people so it was quiet and easy to overhear the other party’s conversation. But I stayed and ate my food and was happy so that’s all that mattered to me. Thank y’all for good food and service.
