Ordered potato tacos during my lunch break and the potatoes were hard and burnt, almost as if they had been sitting out all day. The food was basically inedible. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to return it, so I ended up missing lunch altogether. Very disappointing experience and not what I expected.

Placed a mobile order, walked in and waited for the food only to find our 20 minutes later it was never made. Why wasn’t the mobile order not made? Because your suppose to “check in”. Why does someone need to check in for a mobile order that was already paid? And the service is so sad. Go there a lot, just lately a lot of goofing off in the back, ice machine out front out of ice, tried dr pepper and root beer, both not hardly carbonated. Nothing but syrup. Pretty disappointed. Just left my cup and walked out, no drink. Hopefully better next time.

Food took forever….manager was rude, im sure she was flustered because it was busy….but you still need to have some sense of common courtesy and good customer service in a hectic environment. I worked in customer service for many years so I get the stress it brings. Still no reason to have an attitude.

Every time I come to this location it’s a 15-20 min wait in the drive through, I wish I were exaggerating. Then the person working drive through talks to you like you’re a burden on their day. Going in and ordering is always just the opposite, fast and friendly, so I don’t understand the disconnect with service there.

This place has fallen off. I don’t like coming here at night. My wife ordered a Grilled Steak Burrito. Every time she gets something she didn’t order. Tonight she ended up with a Cheesy Rice burrito with no steak. This is outrageous. I pay more for a lesser priced option for something i didnt want. This is the worst one in Beaumont. Why was Rice put in? Terribly unsatisfied.

I asked for a queso Crunchwrap. Person taking my order at first didn’t know what it was nor in general what a Crunchwrap was. I got charged for the crunch wrap supreme to get a floppy/half soggy (soggy portion is the part I didn’t open up in the second photo)Crunchwrap-it’s like they didn’t care. There was no one in the drive thru other than me and only 2 cars in the parking lot. Don’t get me wrong the woman who ran my card was very kind and friendly-Good service but the way my food was made was bad. Why would I pay $5.19 for a bad Crunchwrap? Could’ve gone to McDonald’s during there rush and had them care more about the food quality. The photo is when I pulled it out of the packaging. Need better quality control!

If only I could give no stars…..Went through the drive through. The person at the window did not know the menu and was rude.. I asked to add lava sauce on a chalupa in the $5.00 cravings box, she said it came with it ….I know it doesn’t, so I said add it anyway…..NOT…..charged me for lava sauce that I did not get…also charged an extra drink to my ticket. These tacos are pathetic. I asked for meat and cheese only. Where the hell is the cheese and why is the taco broken???? At the speaker it was $20.55 but got to the window it was over $22.00…did not give a receipt and when I got back to my office… The only thing they got right was the type of sauce I wanted…….NEVER AGAIN….will I go to this place…I should have stuck to my gut and went across the street to Papadeaux’s for takeout. NEVER….EVER…….AGAIN…..
