Best customer service I have gotten in a VERY long time from a fast food place. The team was very friendly, the food was made properly and neatly, they made sure we had everything we needed. Superb kudos to the manager on duty at 4:15pm today (Monday, Dec 22, 2025). They approached a problem proactively instead of reactively to make sure that I was okay with an item missing an ingredient before even taking my money and they gave options for what I could swap instead without me having to ask for something different. As a business owner, my experience with this team, is exactly what a great team leader would do. Teach your team how to act proactively, professionally, and just being able to address the problem AND come with solutions! I am graciously blown away by the positive experience and leadership that was happening at the time of our visit!

Dude with the afro gon tell me that I “gotta” use the kiosk to order my food. Maybe different verbiage is needed, but I don’t like feeling like if I don’t use the kiosk, then my order won’t get taken. When I went to use the kiosk, the Supreme Luxe box wasn’t on the kiosk, so they had to take my order from behind the counter anyway! Order my food, mind you, I’ve worked 5 years at Taco Bell previously so I know how the food should be prepared. My chalupa had so little meat on it, it was mostly bread lettuce, sour cream, and cheese. The hamburger meat looked like it hadn’t been changed and I only received a handful of cinnamon twists, the bag was barely half full. I could tell they don’t really care about how the food is presented and thats a tragedy. I won’t be back.

Who ever works the drive through doesn’t know how to enter an order into the system. Quesadilla is so over cooked if you through it at a wall it would stick to it like a dart. Tacos have barely any guts. It’s 95% tortilla. $23 for shitty tortillas and an indestructible dog toy of a quesadilla

What gives zero if I could definitely not a good experience. What was supposed to be a cheesy , bean and rice burrito turned out to be a tortilla filled with beans with a little bit of shredded cheese on it

Staff is very attentive not to be negative, but I don’t always get the best customer service at Taco bells Nationwide, but this place takes the Cake they seem like they actually care.

Worst taco bell ever.
The food was gross service was horrible entire time staff was laughing out loud and sitting on the tables as customers walked in they were told order at kiosk with no help from staff.
Food was prepared before even paying for order so once order was received it was soggy and cold. Ordered these roll and hardly even had cheese

I had order #a591f1 , my order was perfect.
Nicely wrapped and I ordered extra meat and extra cheese and that’s exactly what I got. The manager was professional. I observed her professionalism with the customers and her team worked well, and fast. Clean too. They all handled my food with gloves. Thank you!

Staff are not putting sauce in the bags for to-go orders. Bags are sealed so not easy to check when in drive-thru. Staff should be checking the bag before putting the sticker on the bag to seal it. C’mon, I know its a low-wage job, but if you can’t do this simple task correctly, what can you do?
