They don’t listen to instructions on online orders for anything. I go through pretty often and every other time they add sour cream when my order clearly shows NO SOUR CREAM. I mean it’s not that hard to pay attention to what it says on the screen above your head.

Last Thursday the 28th I stopped in to get takeout and the food was great. I’m leaving a one star because the lady seemingly in charge that day was very rude. I could here her yelling and cursing as soon as I entered the store. All of the workers had a look like their dogs just died. I have to say she is very unpleasant and how anyone could work with her is beyond me.
I overheard her name was Jacelyn I believe. Heavy set blonde with the personality of a snapping turtle. She must be a low level manager or something because was yelling and mistreating everyone like she owned the store.
I don’t appreciate being subjected to her obnoxious behavior. When I asked what was taking so long with my food she rolled her eyes at me and got all huffy puffy. It made my visit quite terrible. I won’t be going back.

I never have problems with the service here, but spending $35 on fast for two people is absolutely insane. I spent less on 4 people at a restaurant last week.

Paid extra for two large frozen drinks and they were both medium sized cups that were half filled. Also paid for an extra sauce which I did not receive. The hard shell tacos usually come with the bottom falling out and of course everything inside of it.

All my tacos had hardly any toppings. Just a little meat a tiny bit of lettuce and almost no cheese. This place is a joke and it’s not the first time I’ve tried them and last time was the same problems…guess they want to save money and skimp on what they put on their food.

Literally don’t waste your time coming here they give you the wrong order and get mad when you bring it back, trashy and unclean when I went in and the manager was just as bad I don’t even want to eat what I paid for after seeing how it was inside.
Wanted to add, she tried to blame it on me saying you can’t pick up your mobile order through the drive through? I was like then why does your speaker literally have a prompt asking if you have a mobile order? Why does it let you choose ‘drive-thru’ on the app? even so, I understand being busy but there was no line and it could’ve been easily avoided had she not literally SHOVED the wrong order in my hands to begin with and closed the window without a word. The only thing I had said up until that point other than my name for my order was “hi!” I don’t know what is going on at this Taco Bell but it’s not worth the trouble and the nastiness inside. Both figuratively and literally! The only saving grace was corporate pushing through my refund, I just threw the food away after seeing how unkempt everything was I couldn’t bring myself to eat it after seeing how the kitchen was .
