Multiple times my order has been wrong here when I order off the app. My orders are simple 2 double decker tacos, and a bean burrito with no onions, but what do thet give me? Double stacked tacos and a bean burrito with onions. It’s beyond frustrating especially when I’m picking up food while at work and can’t go back to get my order fixed.

I was very impressed with this place and the excellent customer service that they had here. Upon entering, all of the workers were busy helping the drive-thru and cooking. But one woman, turned to greet me and acknowledge that I was there and she said she would be right there, to take my order. I was very impressed with that, because a lot of places, the cooks do not talk, smile or even acknowledge guests! Then a few seconds later, a cashier came and took my order. She was also very nice, even though they were very busy at the time. After taking my order, and we went to sit down to wait, the same lady who was preparing the food (maybe a manager or team leader of some sort) apologized for the wait time and gave us some cinnamon sticks and a blue slush treat, for my little one who was with me. Then she gave me a cup to get a drink for myself! She was very apologetic about the long wait time, but I really was not waiting all that long! It was a very great experience! She made our food and we left very happy, because of the great service and the great food! I think this is the best customer service I have ever gotten at any Taco Bell and I highly recommend them! 🙂

The fact that they only do door dash and mobile orders on a Saturday night is wild. It’s 10:30 pm. If they can’t afford to keep more than one employee on a Saturday night, then they should just shut down. It’s ridiculous. And it’s not posted on their hours either, so.

This location is the worst, it makes me sad it is in Groves. Staff is RUDE. Quality is terrible. Always forget something in the order. Made a pickup order and put it as in store, my poor fiance didn’t know and waited forever in the drive through just for the employee to tell him they wouldn’t give it to him unless he went inside. Seriously? That is ridiculous.

Will never order from this location again. Ordered from Uber last night and got the Supreme Luxe box and the 7-Layer Burrito and am dealing with food poisoning at the moment. I have been throwing up and dealing with severe diarrhea all day and can barely keep anything down. Do not order from here.

Last two times I’ve been here the burritos had very little or no meat. Mostly beans . These guys need to be retrained . The Taco Bell on Hwy 365 is a whole lot better.

Fire everyone at that location, they were blasting gangster rap on the speakers couldn’t even hear the person at the drive through. I went in to fix my order and all the employees were cussing loud and acting like fools. The kitchen area was extremely dirty and disgusting don’t eat here unless you want to get sick real quick! Place needs to be investigated by a health and food inspector quick.
