I ordered a myself chicken quesadilla with a bunch of tacos for my kids. The tacos were fine, but the quesadilla was cold, as if it had been made way before I arrived. I tried calling multiple times to fix the order, but nobody answered. I make the same order every time I go and have never had this issue. Very disappointed.

This is the 3rd time we’ve ordered here and they have either messed up the order or forgotten something all together. We drive an extra little ways because this location USED TO BE the best location for miles. Tonight was no exception. We give up on taco bell. We will be back when they start getting orders correct. I specifically drove to taco bell because the app gave me a $1 chulupa Supreme. The app was having issues so I asked at the speaker. The girls responds was “she didn’t know much about the app.” Then the app said it was redeemed but I never got it. They were not helpful at all. So disappointed.

Best crunchy tacos I’ve ever gotten at Taco Bell!
Running errands on Black Friday and was in this area so zipped thru the drive thru around 7pm… whoever made those tacos…KUDOS to you! Not broken, no greasy, soggy shell, not flat as a pancake lol, perfect amount of each ingredient— thank you! It’s been quite awhile since a fast food restaurant actually impressed me!

All of the taco’s we ordered were stuck to the wrapping and they used a broken shell on one of the tacos, really people? Could have been more friendly and helpful. Food wasn’t worth what we paid for and lunch was very disappointing!
