Ordered my food through whatever robot they’re using. Kept interrupting and didn’t get the full order. Missed a drink and the sauce on the chicken quesadilla is abysmal. The drive thru took way too long for fast food.

100% pure incompetence. It literally took me 25 mins to get my food from this drive thru. There was 1 person in front of me in line only. The screwed their order up and exchanged food and the receipt back and forth several times as I just sat and watched forever. Finally it’s my turn All I ordered was a bean burrito and a soft taco that’s it. I sat there for another 10 minutes while they bumbled around looking confused inside.
This place needs a real manager with leadership skills because this place is lost and confused and doing a horrible job. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life. It’s going to be a long time before I come back here.

Food is what you would expect from taco bell I guess but now its less meat and more lettuce and youre lucky if you get enough cheese for 2 bites. Went there to get dinner. Every single taco we got, the shell was crushed. And crushed almost in the exact same way. Defeating the purpose of getting tacos. It didn’t bother my boyfriend but it bothered me enough to want to post a review. Especially when the tacos are in shell protectors… It’s like someone thought it would be funny to pinch all of the shells. Bottoms of the tacos where stuck in the shell protectors and so floppy that it looked like cooked spaghetti. So all you got was broken shell sides and would have to scrape the shell protector with a fork. We live .4 mile from this taco bell so that makes no sense. We were super stoked about taco bell being right up the street but we ended up being super disappointed.

Very rude and unprofessional staff here, get it together. If you guys see someone standing at the door clearly they didn’t see the sign. Why just keep walking by instead of signaling or letting the person know the dining area is closed? You don’t know if the person can’t see good or what. It’s not that hard to communicate through a window.

This Taco Bell moves slower than a taco trying to escape gravity, and the drive-thru feels like adult timeout. You order one thing, they hand you another, and everyone just shrugs like it’s a mystery-meal lottery. The food looks slapped together like they were racing the clock and still lost. Two stars only because the Baja Blast machine hasn’t given up yet—unlike the rest of the vibe.

On October 4, 2025, at 8:30 PM, while in the passenger seat, I politely pointed out to the employee that my drink was missing from the order. When I raised my voice slightly to ensure she could hear me, she responded by yelling and displaying a rude attitude. This was a disappointing experience due to the poor customer service.

I was using their WiFi because I am a door dash driver and I needed to get service to complete an order I was doing bc I lost signal, I had to contact T-Mobile too. Instead of them checking to make sure things were okay, the staff called the cops on me for LITERALLY DOING NOTHING BUT SITTING IN MY CAR. I was there maybe 15 minutes or so. 3 cops pulled behind me and I had to show them I was dealing with door dash and my phone. I was actually reversing right when the cops came. INSTEAD OF CALLING THE COPS ON INNOCENT PEOPLE, HAVE THE KINDNESS TO MAKE SURE THE PERSON IS OK??? I was called a suspicious man. I am a young woman. Nothing suspicious at all. That was extremely discriminatory & the staff should be ashamed. I never got out of my car. My car was running with my lights on, I was not causing any commotion at all. Literally on my phone parked. You people have no life. You lied and said I was asleep in my car, and called me a man. You couldn’t even see me…… and just made up lies?
