Went to this Taco Bell a couple of days ago. It was a drive through order. Ordered crispy tacos for my girls. The tacos had about a teaspoon of meat, probably less. And I’m not exaggerating. I understand that prices have gone up. That’s fine. But this is way underserved. And it’s completely unacceptable. Shame on them

Went to counter to place an order but the staff was too busy to either acknowledge my presence or take my order. Two others came in and ended up using their self service machine but I do not want a machine either taking my order or making my order. After a few minutes of waiting, I found it easier to leave and go elsewhere than wait for who knows how long. Why spend money on a new menu board when you are not taking orders?? Very disappointed. No plans to return.

I have been here many times and it always comes down to the staff. There are many Employees that make this place welcoming. Lately I have been having issues with my orders. On a previous visit there were problems of quantity. When I call you can’t get thru. Once I went in another visit the employee told me I need a receipt but I was never given one. I told her I can show my payment online but that wasn’t an option after just missing a burrito I let it go. This last time I went they notified me there was no more beef so I replied with chicken is fine, however I was up charged for it; which makes since but I was doing it as a compromise not as a desire. Who orders hard shell tacos in chicken? I tried the new nuggets and the picture will speak for itself. I tried to call but they were close once I got home. Maybe I got some late pieces but the rocks I received should have been thrown away. I opened them to see if any were good enough to eat.

I just came here for lunch. I went through the drive through. The employees were fast, kind and friendly and there wasn’t a wait! I ordered a Mexican pizza and 2 supreme soft tacos with a dr pepper. The veggies were really cold and the tacos were stuffed! The Mexican pizza was good but a piece of it had nothing on it so that sucked but over all, it was good!

I usually don’t like publizing my negative comments. However, I have perspective from both sides. I also work at another location. So, I am aware of protocol. The box was fix after brought to attention. But my chalupa was hard and cold, my flaming hot burrito was dry and old. When I working at my location. My mind set is would I eat this, would I drink this? So, I can give quality service each person. The atmosphere was chill! Again, at my location, I make all my customer’s feel special! I engaged with them. Make people feel welcome. They come back again. I have repeated customer. That I learned to know personally.

Wow! At first I was so upset I paid for a side of nacho cheese that costs a dollar, and they only filled my cup up halfway which might be a tablespoon of nacho cheese, which wasn’t going to cover my taco. So I went and complained and bought another one. I was upset because I paid too much and twice. But as I was coming to leave a review, it became obvious that the lady was in training, and her manager caught it, and sent her over with some free Taco coupons and an apology. This taco bell treated me like a queen today and I’m very grateful. Thank you!

It was pretty late when I came, and am new to TX. My family and I, spent a good hour on the touch screen ordering my food lol To my surprise, not one thing went wrong. I’m actually very impressed with their accuracy and the time spent on making my food. I would rather someone take the time making sure everything is correct and fresh, then rush and it be sloppy and items being missed. I tend to add and remove things on my orders to personalize more to my liking. Personalizing my food, in return, I spend more money, however, to me, you get what you pay for. So thank you to the Taco Bell crew as I was so amazed in the outcome when seeing my finished order. I only took a picture of my order, but, my families was just as good

I guess almost every time I ask and confirm on the screen no jalapeño sauce gets transferred into extra jalapeño sauce, not even one bite without it! Update and fast forward to 4/9/2022 first time inside since covid and its messy and dirty, drink spilled on floor covered with a wad of napkins, spent almost 45 mins inside eating,one customer told 2 different people about the spill with no response of cleaning it up,it was there before I arrived and still there when I left,food on the floor,dirty tables, ps it was not busy at all, only 3 customers have been inside since I was here and prob 8-9 cars through the drive thru total,so no excuse of the laziness for cleaning,especially after being called out on the mess. Taco bell strikes again, 6/9/22 asked for no sour cream on the beefy melt, well first bite, well you guessed correct, sour cream, cheese on the quesadilla not melted, cheese on cheesy roll ups about 50% melted, been out of Mexican pizzas last 3 visits,
