Giving 1 star because they completely messed up my order I had ordered the cheesy gordita box. I got my burrito, my taco was missing completely, Worst part is that my chest gordita church had about no meat at all! Completely naked!

in all my years of critics and reviews, this taco bell in particular has repeatedly messed up my order. At this point they see my face and do it on purpose because they do one taco right and then the other isn’t. it doesn’t help that the sour cream is oozing and overflowing the taco im not sure they even actually put anything else on the taco besides the sour cream, i must be missing something because last time i checked it’s a doritos locos supreme not a sour cream supreme although that does have a good ring to it that’s not the meal name

Can’t rate the food or atmosphere because we ended up not staying. Came in, was ignored for about 4-5 minutes. Then finally someone said order at the kiosk. I replied really????? We began to walk out, then I decided to explain myself. I returned to the counter and said “There are 5 TMs I can see, you have 4 cars in the drive through, 2 guests in the building & you can’t take my order for 2 simple burritos? I get it technology ……. but I am a GM at a restaurant & I would loose it if one of my people said that to a guest”. He said what do you want as he took off his gloves, I said forget it, you lost my business.

Went thru drive thru at 325pm today and ordered a cheese roll up and a soft taco supreme. Had to go in because i was given a soft taco. Went back to my car and the remade soft taco is another soft taco. Went back in and asked for a mgr. 2 employees approached the counter. One was passive the other with red hair was aggressive. I opened both soft tacos on the counter and showed them no sour cream. The passive employee says its there ma,am it gets mixed in with the beef. I said no i worked at taco bell. This is a tip if a pen drop not end of shell to other end. The aggressive employee states he put sour cream on it and takes the soft taco from me and takes it to the line and adds sour cream. Will be calling corporate. Like i told him “I DONT KNOW WHY YOUR GETTING AN ATTITUDE IM THE CUSTOMER AND HAD TO COME IN TWICE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN RIGHT THE 1ST TIME”.

My wife had a mixup with the app. We didn’t give a fuss, but they still went above and beyond to make it right, even though it wasn’t their fault. Construction makes it difficult to get in/out depending on which direction you are going. Little cold inside, but all good otherwise. We’ll be back.

Seeing as I live in Texas City, I dont frequent here often, but I’m from a neighborhood three lights away. There’s no need to mess up an order after 3x’s of clarification. I dont like the lettuce so I asked for none, and got it anyways. It was a supreme taco as well. Need less to say, I wasted 3 dollars, or should I say they wasted my 3 dollars, basically cheated me because of a lack of attention being payed. Makes me mad in today’s economy.

I arrived and came in the ppl at the counter refused to check me out and said I can order on the kiosk or not at all …. also I ordered a large freeze with my meal and was charged extra for it and it came out in a small cup I was then told that the large is a medium cup and that’s just how it is this will be my last visit to any taco bell
