I came in because my order was wrong, even though everything was correct on the receipt I brought with me. When I walked in, I asked if anyone was working the front counter, but the entire crew ignored me. Another customer even told me they were purposely ignoring us. I asked for a manager, and they ignored that as well.
Eventually, the manager came out of nowhere and also ignored me. At that point, I said I was done and would be calling corporate. Only then did she finally ask what I needed.
As a former Taco Bell employee, I have never ignored customers — and seeing an entire crew, including management, behave this way was shocking. This happened on 2/6/26 at 12:20 pm. It was not a good experience at all, and it’s clear that new management is needed.

Well I showed up about 10 mins from closing and they were still very friendly about making my order fresh and kept a good attitude although I didn’t get my blue freeze and obviously couldn’t go back to get it but overall it was a good experience

Taco Bell has most likely lost a long time customer. I just stopped and picked up dinner for tonight, 3 burritos and 3 tacos, supposedly the good stuff. I didn’t even order drinks and I was charged almost $25 dollars. I got home and what I received was some tortillas with a dab of beans and some ground up substance rolled up, very small and 3 pretty normal looking tacos ( over $3+ each) I won’t be going back for anymore of this garbage at these inflated prices….

Staff does not care. Not sure any of them can actually read. Ludicrously long wait times. It’s actually quicker to drive to the Dickinson location than to wait for food here. 2/3 times I’ve ordered here, food was missing or wrong, 3/3 times it was received cold.

Employees coming and going but no reply for the order!
Finally I spoke up with a super simple order, “A single crunchy taco” only to get the reply ” Oh, you’ll HAVE to use the machine”!
WHAT, WHERE? he was okay with telling me that much.! Really.
Taco came with ONE diced tomato (1). If you can see it then reply, lol.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I sat for 30 minutes on a Sunday night around 10pm and the line did not move once. There was no human to talk to but a robot menu, and I knew the food was definitely not worth the wait. I ended up driving to a canes down the street, who did absolutely amazing. Taco Bell… y’all suck.

DO NOT USE THE APP @ This location. Do not dine in. It took them 45 minutes to make to a simple order for pickup. Multiple people waiting for pickup orders. Complaints of 40 to 45 minutes for at least three others. Inside dinners, 15-20 minutes. Their focus is 100% on the drive through. Everyone else is irrelevant. They were running cars through the drive through like NASCAR Pit Stops. Order a Taco on the App- 45 minutes. Order it at the counter – 15 minutes. Look at the receipt. It took an hour for them to make it from the time it was submitted until it was handed to me.

This was my first time at this location and got the new promotional item. The Chalupa almost had nothing inside but some meat and sauce. I’ve never seen something this ridiculous at any other Taco Bell. Hopefully it’s just a one time thing but worried to go back again. At least the order was correct and I got the sauce.
Update: Updated review from 2 to 4 stars. The past few times I’ve been here the food and service has been much better.

Literally the worst taco bell I have ever been too. Took 30min for my order, my food was cold. I will not be going back. They need to train people better or get new ones that do want to work.
