If I could give zero stars I would it’s not the service it’s the employees and the so called manager that works there who is supposed to be a GM she don’t even speak English to be able to hear my complaint her name is Gisela she has hung up on me on the phone multiple times brushes me off when I tried to speak to her no customer service whatsoever absolutely horrible management she hands over the problem to a regular employee because she can’t understand what’s going on supposedly she had a employee come in saying she hasn’t gotten paid in over a month and she just sent her away cause she couldn’t speak Spanish this is absolutely horrible I am ashamed of Taco Bell/kfc absolutely ashamed someone better get in that store and fix those issues they need a manager that can speak both English and Spanish

It’s currently midnight, and no one answered at the intercom, so I walk in to see if they were still open. What I found, was an employee sleeping in his car, and the other cussing at customers to herself (loudly), because they were honking the horn, because no one was answering the intercom.

I like Taco Bell, really do but I don’t like plastic sauce packaging hiding in my chalupa. At least I really hope this is what ruined my appetite tonight. They were quick with service and I could tell my food was made after I ordered it. But what a surprise! And not so tasty one either.

Most of my experiences here have been wonderful, but the last two times I have tried to order online, they haven’t had the 7 layer nacho fries when I go to check out, even though they sent an email to me to order it, and they still have it under their drive thru menu as an item. Please take down the sign and don’t advertise it if you don’t have it anymore! Such a let down, but I still love you!

Employees were very nice. Bathroom was dirty and they didn’t know how to make a fresco style crunch wrap. I’m not blaming them though. I’d imagine it’d be hard to have to know KFC and taco bell menu at the same time. Fast food is already a fast paced job. Good effort guys, hope you getting paid X2 for twice the work.

First they charge $4.20 for adding tomato to 12 tacos. I don’t see how that dog food looking taco was a 35 cent upgrade to add 1cent of tomato’s to. But then they make all 12 on soft shell when the receipt clearly says crunchy. This is the 4th time this location has made this exact same mistake and is my 8th refund for 4 other times they’ve screwed up. All have been minor and stupid stuff but I can’t turn a blind eye to it anymore. Clearly they need new leadership and/or training or they need to close the place down. If someone from corporate reads this and decides to train, please give lessons in wiping down tables because I’ve never been able to eat here without having to clean a place for myself. To many other options locally for decent food.
