It’s taco bell.. but this particular restaurant location always gives me fresh food and smiles no matter how busy or slow they are. The employees here go the extra mile. I usually take my food to go, but this restaurant is so clean I’ve started eating in. Keep up the great work folks. Corporate may not always recognize your exceptional work but your customers do.

mid food i mean its taco bell but why does it take 20 minutes standing at the front for them to take your order. and the drive thru is no different there only 3 cars in the drive thru and me in front and they still take forever on both ends. im literally starving. this is supposed to be FAST food. if i wanted my food to take long id go to an actual restaurant but im starving snd want my food now.

If I could rate zero stars I would…. We got 2 crunch wraps that were so soggy and had ZERO meat inside. Our salsa verde fries looked HALF eaten. And our tacos that come with the order were split wide open, unwrapped and had almost nothing in them. Absolutely terrible.

This taco bell has really gone down hill. I really used to love this place, but looks like they changed their staff and it got pretty terrible. Long wait times, food isn’t as good. For example i ordered a crunchy taco last night and got a taco with 3 shells + i had to wait 25 minutes for my food.

Check your order when you come here! I do not understand what is so hard about putting tomatoes and sour cream on tacos LIKE I ORDERED and I even asked 3 times if she got my order correct and she repeated it back to me. Get home, regular tacos. And very skimpy ones at that. Think it’s time to stop coming here…

Never had a problem here before but today I had a few things that I was unhappy about in my order. First I ordered a Baja blast freeze and they gave me a regular Baja blast. Which I could deal with because it’s not a big deal but I get home and the cheese that comes with the nacho fries is less than half full and then the nachos bell grande was mainly chips with 5 tomatoes sprinkled and a spoon full of cheese. Very disappointed.

I didn’t have a problem with this location, but when I go recently, something was wrong. I had the promotion of a cantina taco for a dollar and the taco Tuesday box. I ordered it on the app, and went to pic it up. Sadly, it was all weird. Excepting the Doritos taco, the rest was made wrong. I got a beans & rice taco instead of the soft taco (which has the same ingredient as the crispy one, one cantina taco had only the chicken (no veggies), and the second one had it, but the taco shell was a cold flour tortilla instead of the homemade they claim. Please make adjustments with your cooks, they might been distracted while doing the order.

Like another person said, you don’t get what you pay for. I placed an order for a veggie bowl, extra black beans and extra rice. I did glance at it while in the car, but didn’t realize I would need to open it and dig to make sure all is there.
NO black beans and a tiny bit of rice. Although there is a dried up bit of black bean scraped onto the side of the bowl. Some kind of joke from a bored worker?
The last time I ordered a VEGGIE bowl, there was chicken. Which is why I took a glance at it before driving off.
I’ve worked retail before, I get mistakes happen. But this is something else. I could see someone doing this to a pain in the a** customer but I was polite, so I’m not sure what the problem is.
