This location doesnt care about customer experience. Avoid at all costs!
The food was great! OMG they finally got my order right!! I had to enter it on their kiosk inside myself because their machine was down, but still! At least I got what I ordered! So thats a promising improvement. The staff here tonight literally has the ability to use their headset & a kiosk to take & place orders, but they chose violence & said “Hopefully youre paying cash, our card machine is down sorry…the other alternative is you can download our app & place an order there.”
Do these kids not even realize that they are going to be replaced by an app because of their lack of effort (which was on full display today!)
I had given my last $20 to a homeless woman which would have just barely been enough to cover my order. Taco bell used to be affordable, nothing really is anymore. But when you pay to be ignored it sends a strong message. “WE DONT CARE”
The people at this location dont care about customer service, & they surely dont care about the franchise owner & honestly, the franchise owner doesnt care either if they are running this location with no customer service in mind. I would only come back if it was all automated…use AI to take my order & machines to create my order. That would ensure 100% customer satisfaction with no mistakes & perfect meals for customers every time!
When I got back to my truck I noticed they were hiring! Why are they hiring? They have 6 employees tonight & really only need three…the drive through isnt running & the app cant even find this location!
Thank God the food was great, except the chalupa bread was hard but they never get it right when I order through the drive through anyway, so this was really a silver lining

The food was good especially the new drinks they have. We got the one with strawberries and the other was also very good like a slushy. However, they did not great us or acknowledged us. The tables and the drink machine were very dirty. I actually had to clean myself to sit and eat. Also the place were they have all the sauces were almost empty.

I am writing this complaint to inform you about an issue with my order today. This morning between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM, I ordered a Grilled Cheese Burrito and a Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme, which cost around $13.50. I clearly requested no meat in my food, but the Grilled Cheese Burrito was still made with meat. I have a meat allergy, so I had to throw it away. I only noticed the mistake when I arrived at my office, and I was not able to return. This was very disappointing.

The Kiosk is incredibly annoying. Counter personnel literally can’t take your order but will come over to fill in the order for you.
Taco Bell has driven me to Burger King many times because of Kiosk ordering.
Stupidity reigns within Taco Bell management and it absolutely irritates customers like me so I suggest to my friends that they would be better served and served better if they go almost anywhere else.
Sadly, I really enjoy the food there every now and then but the Kiosk typically makes me go elsewhere. I expect you feel exactly the same.

I had a quick bite at Taco Bell, and it hit the spot! The tacos were tasty, served fast, and the ingredients were fresh. Compared to Taco Bell in Canada, the U.S. locations are much better, offering a lot more options and variety.

This place is horrible!!! The customer’s service is terribly bad! They talk to customers like they hate being there. And they lie a lot about their menus! They put whatever they feel like in the luxe boxes.I ordered the discovery luxe box(which had alot on it on the menu board) but below you will see what i was given. They gave me whatever they had,nothing from the menu.liars!

SERVICE: There were 2 young girls who helped us order by 11:20pm and answered a few of our questions regarding food.
FOOD: Hot & Fresh food. All food was wrapped perfectly. Manager or the guy on DT was nice & helpful.
Very clean dinning and condiments bar was super cleaned and organized.
