Ordered Crunchwrap supreme with beans and extra cheese. Literally trash. The service was slow and the manager who was counting the register had zero customer service skills. There was a young man who was very attentive and polite. He did have great customer service skills. This was around 6pm.

Received not only the wrong drink size, but it was practically missing 1/3 of the drink itself! This isn’t the first issue I‘ve had with this place but this one really peeved me. I placed the order online and couldn’t really do anything about this rip off. Hope their service improves.

Went to this location around 12am and ordered a 4 piece chicken strip, a hard shell taco, and a loaded nacho. When I pulled off I noticed I only had 2 chicken strips and my taco was more empty than full. I turned around to tell them about my order and it did get fixed however we were not the only people whose order was as not correct. On a good note the older Caucasian woman at the window was helpful and understanding while another worker was laughing in the back, making jokes and just seemed high or a little intoxicated. That particular worker admitted at the window that he was the one responsible for making the taco.

Very dirty and disgusting place. There is a HUGE spider web on window the tables are sticky and the atmosphere makes you wanna puke and not eat there. This place needs a good power wash on the inside and a whole new staff with a good remodeling to make me eat there again

This was the worse experience I have ever had at Taco Bell establishment. My Spouse and I visited this store on a Sunday evening. We ordered a number 2, a big chicken burrito supreme, and a number 9. Upon arriving home after driving 20 minutes from the location we discovered the order was completely wrong. We had a bag filled with five bean burritos and a Nacho Supreme.

I contacted the store and explained the issue to the Female Employee who answered the call. She proceeds to laugh at the matter so I requested to speak with the Manager. He took my name and total for my order then told me I could return one day this week to make the order right or get a refund.

I returned on today and stood at the counter for five minutes without being acknowledged. I noticed an employee in the back laughing and talking with a person sitting at a table and another employee in the back at the food counter. I requested help from the employee in the back and she came to retrieve my receipt. I asked did she need my name and she responded with no worries, I’ll just make the order. Fifteen minutes goes by and still did not have an order. The manager who had been sitting inside of an SUV laughing and talking with someone entered the store and asked me what I needed. I explained the situation to her and in an arrogant manner she asked who did I talk to. I explained to her my name was on a board and my receipt was provided to the employee. She went on to say if I did not know the name of the manager, I could not have my order replaced. I notified her she should refer to the schedule from Sunday night to gain the information she felt I should have or ask my name to check the board.

Another ten minutes went by and I inquired about my order. They proceeded to ignore me. However, customers of other races came into the place and we’re assisted right away. I demanded a response at which point she stated she was looking at the schedule from yesterday and not Sunday but had figured it out and the order was being worked on. I waited another fifteen minutes and finally became upset and advised I would be writing this review and contacting the corporate office. It was then she laughed and told me do as I wish but nothing would result from it. Finally they gave me the order. I inquired about the drinks on the receipt and she responded with they would not be replacing them for the inconvenience caused. I asked for my receipt and she claimed they had no idea where it was. I notified her I refused to leave without my receipt. Finally they produced my receipt in the manner the picture is displayed.

I would not recommend this place to a dog! They are very rude, disrespectful, and treated me in a racist manner as if I was beneath them.

The management here needs to be fired. Two kids tried to handle a Sunday rush. Two. They were slammed harder than a wrestler.

People were just milling around to get cups from their order. We couldn’t get cups! Because of course, they were only taking kiosk orders.

If you come here be prepared to wait.

And wait this is the best part. About 20 minutes into this journey the lady manager came in with her two kids. I thought- finally these two get some help! Nope! The lady gave her two kids cups. Went to the back and chewed out on of the kids in Spanish… she then got some free food for her kids. And then left!!! Bahahahahaha … lady do you not see the 12 of us just wanting cups?!

lol just what a joke.

I feel bad for the two working. They haven’t stopped yet and I’ve been here over an hour.

Went through the drive through and it took us a minute to order because I left my glasses at home so I was squinting to see the menu. Seems like a pointless thing to need to add but we weren’t even in line for long, and the guy said, “the dining room is open too” after we said we needed a minute to order. When we finally ordered and pulled up to the window the guy said, “can you pull back around? You guys took way too long to order.” This was extremely disrespectful and I was honestly scared if he was gonna spit in our food because I’ve never had someone be disrespectful for having to wait 2 minutes before I ordered my food. This man should be fired. It was absolutely terrible customer service and there was nobody in the like but us. This occurred around 9:30p.m. on Sunday, October 12. If the managers can figure out who this worker was, that would be greatly appreciated because someone needs to redo their training. I’ve worked a few years in fast food and even on my worst days i’m not this disrespectful.
