We waited for 30 minutes for our food and no one was here when we got here nor in the drive thru, i stood at the counter to check on my order and the employee walked out from behind the counter, did something and walked back behind the counter and completely ignored me as well as the other customers. Some customers got their food before us and when we finally recieved our food it was really cold and just looked poorly made

I don’t know what these other reviews are talking about, probably towards day shift… BUT BOY LET ME TELL YOU! At 12:10 AM on 12/21/25 I order 4 Doritos Tacos and my Husband ordered a Grilled Cheese Steak burrito. It was only one sweet girl working… THAT FOOD WAS SO FRESH AND HOT, it brought me nostalgia over when the Doritos Tacos first came out; Fresh, Hot, and Crunchy. Who ever that girl was, I praise you sweetheart! YOU NEED A RAISE, GIVE HER A RAISE. I don’t even live here and I know this Taco Bell will be my go to, at night specificity

I usually love Taco Bell, but every time I visit this location in person the staff seems frustrated or rude, snatching money or acting like they don’t want to be there. Because of that I decided to start ordering through Uber Eats instead to avoid the in person experience.
Unfortunately, even that hasn’t gone well. I just spent over $25 on a combo box, and for the second time they left out key items. I only got chips, no cheese, and the order was incomplete.
This is a newer nice looking Taco Bell, but it’s really disappointing to see such poor consistency and attitude from the staff. Management seriously needs to step in, maybe do some retraining or an undercover check, because the customer experience here keeps getting worse.

I guess I wasn’t the “right” skin tone for y’all to accept my $50 bill without me having to add more to my order. Then I asked for a plastic bag to put my items in. While I’m bagging my own food, the manager sticks his entire head out the window, holding a bag of food and looking behind me saying, “did he leave” like he’s rushing me to drive off!!
Sir, all you had to do was say you couldn’t accept my $50—I would’ve gladly taken my business to Whataburger instead of being held up so you could drop it in a box, only to then rush me off like I’m the inconvenience. Completely unprofessional and rude. I won’t be returning. So if that was your mission, it has been accomplished!

The window guy was great but the quality of food sucks. this location is a hit or miss sometimes you come here and you get excellent service great food and then sometimes your dogs food looks more edible than yours

Now they’ve been open a few months. They have it figured out Restaurant clean, fast, friendly service. Food was good for Taco Bell (fast food). Everything tasted fresh no leftovers/ old food in the line. Clean store front.

They madey order perfect (and I make a lot of changes to my items), and super fast, the staff are so super awesome and sweet, I saw a young woman on staff named Reagan, take the time to help an elderly woman work the electronic ordering machine. She did an awesome job with her, and the lady seemed very pleased.

This Taco Bell location has fallen a bit. I put in an order, and it took more than 30 minutes to get it. It was just a cravings box. There weren’t many people in the drive through, Maybe 2, and several other groups who came in, ordered more than me, and received their order long before I did. This location used to have outstanding personnel and was crazy fast, but ever since Derek left, it seems to have gone down hill.

This man named Ryan took my order through the drive-through and my goodness do I wish that everyone working here had that type of energy. This man must be a salesman because he definitely got me to donate. I have never had a more wonderful service through a drive-through at a fast food restaurant, than what Ryan was able to provide me with here today, I hope that he can become the new standard and example for employees everywhere!
