In this day and age where customers are forced to do what was once an employee’s job, like inputting orders, making drinks, customer service etc; why not focus at least on making sure the order comes out quickly, and correctly. You do YOUR job… Those stupid sign in sheets for delivery companies just shows that the store employees can’t manage what little work they already do. With all the verification the delivery apps have a driver do your pointless “sign in sheet” is asinine and pointless. You worry about your job, I’ll worry about mine. (Funny how your little sign in sheets doesn’t have a place for when we were handed the order. 10 minute wait is too long and y’all don’t want that on a report somewhere, huh?)

This particular Taco Bell’s employees are horrible. Taco Bell’s new way to order from the computer kiosk/do it yourself has created a bad type of employee who doesn’t like to interact with the public. What is happening to our service world???? When asked a question they reply rudely. They avoid eye contact. When you pick up your food at the counter there are no kind words offered like, “have a nice day” OR “enjoy your lunch”. Nada! I was shocked at the lack of interaction the employees seem to strive for. Taco Bell needs to go back to the counter ordering because their employees DO NOT care about the patrons at all. SAD SAD SAD! Wake up Taco Bell!

The employees behind the service bar were less than pleasant and less than helpful. Not the first time either, sadly. The new form of ordering from the computer kiosk has generated a version of poor customer service. It’s really sad and this particular Taco Bell was really bad when it came to polite human interaction. Very disappointing!

This location has large self-ordering touchscreens. The employees keep an eye out for anyone having trouble using them and are quick to jump in and assist. I am not really a fan. I see how it frees up the staff to do other things but it just feels weird. There is very little sitting area so standing around is the only option. Perhaps a sort of bar configuration to rest a minute would be pleasant.

The worst service I’ve ever received at a fast food restaurant. The Ai got my order wrong and when I pulled up to the window and the lady read the order back to us I let her know that one of the item was incorrect. She got the biggest attitude and said well it’s already been made as if she wasn’t going to remake it, Considering I am paying for the food with my money I should get the correct item. As she told the cook to remake it he proceed to yell and say that he already made it. And then the lady proceeds to say yes well it ain’t my fault like it’s my fault? I had a feeling my food was going to be bad when I got home and of course it was. My taco had a small amount of meat and lettuce on the right side and that was it, and my nacho fries were stuck together, soggy and inedible. Not only did the service suck but the food was horrible I didn’t even eat it.

Went to drive thru and ordered a burrito supreme and a chicken cantina taco. Drove back to work and was pissed to find I didn’t have sour cream in the burrito and the chicken taco looked like it was smashed in the bag. It was stuck to the wrapping and fell apart in several pieces when trying to eat it. Had similar issue before but never reported it. Thanks for screwing up the order ..again.

AI took my order and got the entire order incorrect. When trying to call the does not have a working telephone number. Physically went back to the next day manager to give me a refund or do anything about it. Completely unacceptable. $33 wasted and still didn’t feed my kids dinner.

s asking of it, and soon I asked to speak to a person. I was greeted rather angrily by a man who asked, “what do you want,” through the speaker. It seemed that I was an extreme burden to him. Which is rather unfortunate, because manually taking orders is the industry standard. It seems like this Taco Bell has poor management with a team that lacks work ethic. Now after my order was all cleaned and settled, I pull up to the window to pay, and am once again greeted by a guy who seems like I am his biggest inconvenience. I pay with cash and he hands me my drinks and food, after I put my food in the passenger seat, I turn to ask for hot sauce when the window is abruptly slammed on me. So I sit there for about 15 seconds while the guy working the register laughs with his coworker, who then notices me and opens the window again, with a very unpleasant look on his face. So I ask for hot sauce please who then acts like I just ruined his day. Anyways terrible place and terrible employees. 0/5 !

We were by after 10 pm.
Thank you for the Good service, we could hear and communicate clearly with the nice gentleman on the speaker. I was especially happy with how nice and neat everything was placed in the bag and not thrown in messy with lettuce and cheese everywhere like most Taco Bells do.
I want the cheese in my Taco not the bag… The food was delicious and fresh.
