After working in the food industry for years and as many chances I’ve given this Taco bell to leave a review even after calling multiple times they always still disappoint. Anytime we get an order or their Nacho fries and chips and cheese they never fill either of them properly and the fries are always old and never warm. On top of that anything fried like their chicken nuggets are the same, old and cold. This has gone on for over a year and management has to change.

We sent in an online order and they still screwed it up. It was in writing. They had plenty of time to make it right, but they wouldn’t. After sending in the order, we drove to the restaurant and then sat in line another 15 minutes. There were only 2 cars ahead of us. The lobby was closed. We counted at least a half dozen employees walking around chatting with each other. When we finally got the order, they left an item out, so we had to wait on that. Once we left and got ready to eat, all we had were tortillas with so little filling they were completely FLAT. Worst Taco Bell we’ve ever been to. Management doesn’t care, so the employees don’t care. Now WE don’t care. We will never be back. One bad experience too many. How does a place run out of drink cups? Don’t waste your time and money at a Taco Bell in Huntsville, Texas. They do NOT appreciate your business.

I’m a doordash driver and everything time in come in here for an order it takes over 30 minutes, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this store. Instead go into the city of Huntsville for Taco Bell. I hope not all the workers are lazy and unwilling to work but I’m not convinced otherwise

Ordered food and took it home. There was nothing on my food. No lettuce, no cheese, no tomatoes, no sour cream….nothing. My husband ate his food and threw it up exactly 3 hours later. It was awful. We will never go back to taco bell. This experience has ruined taco bell all together for us. The picture is the inside of my crunch wrap Supreme. This doesn’t look right, does it? Thank God I had extra veggies at home to add to it.
