I loved the afternoon staff today. I had 3 burritos with no onions and 2 with. Normally there is no marking to indicate the difference, today they wrote which was which. I was pleasantly surprised. I also got a laugh outta receiving 37 hot sauces. The drive through window girl was kind and dancing having a good time. Very impressed with a place I have low expectations at.

I don’t think ive had a single order from this location be correct. every time I place a mobile order they ignore customizations and fill entire tacos with lettuce. every time I try to talk to a manager I dont even know if they are actually a manager but I always get attitude even though they made them incorrectly. If you go here, definitely double check your items before you leave!!

Employees were great tonight! Super friendly and attentive service. I enjoyed my food hot. They packed everything correctly included the sauces that I requested. The only thing is the chalupa was a little chewy. The chicken looked a little over cooked, but the fries were so good.

As a true Taco Bell connoisseur, I have had the pleasure of eating at many Taco Bell’s. However, entering the lobby was awkward and quiet despite the amount of people inside, there wasn’t any of the typical music playing. My friend and I ordered on the kiosk and sat down, waiting for our names to be called. By the time my name was called, my bag was ripped and there was no label on in, which was a bit odd. The lobby itself was very clean and organized, however the staff was strange and didn’t care about anyone at the front. I would rather not come back to this location.

New location. Looks great! Employees are friendly. An observation is noisy equipment located by the drive-through intercom, which makes it difficult to hear a soft-spoken employee. We like this location and will return.

1st time here at this location. It was 11pm and not busy at the time I went. I pulled aside to check that my order was correct before driving home, and realized it was incorrect. I immediately got back in the drive thru line to get my correct order. After waiting behind 4 cars to get my order corrected, I provided my receipt and waited another 10 minutes. I was given another incorrect order! After receiving the wrong order twice in a row, I also had to clean up all the beef that fell onto my lap from the poorly wrapped tacos that were put into the bag. The workers here clearly have no attention to detail whatsoever!

Staff was friendly and quick. Drive thru for lunch. The food was awful. They used old grease. Tasted awful. Mexican pizza was not in the box properly. Needless to say my stomach was up set the entire evening from lunch. Won’t ever go back to this location

Waited over 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru. Called the store to let them know I’ve been sitting there only for the employee to blame my vehicle for not picking up their sensor and blaming me for not them. Having an attendee at the drive-thru window will definitely never go back to this store again
