The ai in the drive through was interesting but the rest of the experience was complete and utter failure… i miss when i as a kid and people actually had service standards, like who wants tacos with no meat? I basically bought tortias, sour cream, and cheese… the burrito was the closest to real food but even that was dissapointing… your app also sucks, you have no deals

I’m so disappointed! I got out of work at 10pm tired and hungry. I go to Taco Bell and they mess up my order big time! I payed 16.50 for 2 steak chalupas and a 5 dollar cravings box and I didn’t even get that! I got two soft shell tacos with a crunchy shell inside, a crunchy taco and two quesadilla tacos and I didn’t even get my receipt! We tried not to make a big deal out of it and just eat it but the tostadas smelled horrible and were so soggy, they looked like they were soaked in water for hours!!! They have messed up my order 3 times already this being the third!!

I ordered a the 3 doritos los tacos supreme and paid to add guacamole on all 3 and got NONE of that. No sour cream no tomatoes no guacamole that I paid extra for. Extremely disappointing that I paid extra money for absolutely NOTHING.

The experience here was beyond horrible! Ordered a family pack food was COLD!!! The hush puppies were literally like croutons and I’m not kidding. Hard as a rock!!! Fish chicken fries were nasty cold! Went to the front asked for a manger and the employee informed me there was no manager present. That they wete having a hard time with managers because they weren’t even ven showing up. I showed them the food and the horrible hard hush puppies and they were surprised! The employee in the back said the morning crew cooks so much food in the morning so they have to sell that same food throughout the whole day. Keep in mind I came at around 5pm, so you can only imagine how old this food was. So the employee said next time you come in let me know and I can make it fresh! Are you kidding me!!! Do you really think I’ll come back to a place like this!!! NO WAY JOSE!!!

Great quality quesadilla but supreme chalupa was not cooked properly as it felt like its just regular tortilla cooked on stove and made chalupa out of it. Not crispy at all.

Ordered through Uber eats (first time at this location) quesadillas were stuck to the wrapping paper making a complete mess and hard to eat…cheesy potatoes were hard and dried out so went in the trash, couldn’t even chew the “potatoes” more like hard rubber hard taco fell apart from the bottom which led to another mess…yes I’m the one who rated in Uber eats a NEVER AGAIN!! I’ve stayed away from Taco Bell for this reason straight thank you for reminding me to stop eating this mess

Drive thru AI taking order. Did not identify the fact that I wanted to substitute the crunchy taco with a soft taco. An actual employee never intervened. The quesadilla was not cut or toasted. None of the 6 tacos I ordered were made correctly, unless tomatoes no longer come on the tacos. Thanks Taco Bell for reminding why I cook at home!
