Absolutely ridiculous to not have a person take your order, if you change anything the drive thru keeps adding random items to your order. Not until you have 40 burritos on the order will someone come and talk to you. There’s a reason no other fast food places have this BS system. You go inside and they still want you to place your own order, I already have a full time job I’m not doing someone else’s, same reason I don’t use self checkout. Give me a discount to do your job and I will.

This location makes you place your own order. I refused. The young man came out and typed it in. I was paying cash so they took cash at register. I came for lunch not to another job. Prices are high if you want me to place my own order offer a discount. Will be my last time ever at this location. No clients were here the whole time I was. People must not like you kiosk!!

Most taco bells but especially this one is convienient to other locations of local city needs well lit and my experience there is the reason I took time to get the feel of what I ate there and the sauce is the best ive ever had on the things i ordered there my chalupa is always good with the order topped on the way i like but on the go…….I love to just get a one each quesadilla steak chicken AND beef and whatever or whomever came up with the DORITOS LOS TACOS i could always hit them up for that and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!………….

I went for lunch today and they forgot part of my order but the manager herself called me and told me to stop by after work and they would make it right….they went above and beyond for sure…really amazing customer service and the food there is always great! They’re very friendly as well.

I must start by saying everybody needs lunch. I originally ordered on the Taco Bell app and when I got there they said they had no record of the order, I was a little upset but they didn’t charge my card so it was fine. I reordered but the cashier’s attitude was very bothersome but cool I just wanted the food. They had no plastic bags for my food so I had to carry out the boxes okay then I get to work and start to eat and the grilled cheese burritos looked horrible. Normally I would give a food place another chance but due to the cashier’s attitude and the food presentation I will never go back. On my receipt the cashier’s name is Amanda J but to be specific she was the same girl working the drive thru window.

Ordered the dorito tacos, all 3 were half filled. They skimped on the meat, they skimped on the vegetables. So good thing I got the dorito tacos because I at least had half of the dorito shell to eat as chips since I barely had a taco to eat.
