Went on a Sunday about 1600. The dining area was not clean. There were only two customers in the resturant when we arrived. They left with their food due to the conditons of the dining area. We managed to find a table that appeared to be clean. The staff stayed out of sight in the kitchen lauging , listening to music and gossiping. They had ample time to clean but had zero interest in customer service.

You have to push in your own orders! I was told it was because corporate told them that if there was a mistake it was on the customers not Taco Bell!!

last four times I came each time around 11pm my orders are never right. Just came back from going through drive through tonight and order two Doritos locos tacos supereme and didn’t get supereme tacos just regular and they tried to give us an extra drink we didn’t order. Last time I came they forgot two burritos and the time before that they forgot a burrito and a taco and the girls were flirting with my boyfriend right in front of me. Maybe if they were more concerned with paying attention to what I order rather than asking my boyfriend for a ride in his car then this specific tacobell wouldn’t be so shit. And I LOVE Taco Bell that why we keep going. I order in drive through cause I’m trying to eat I don’t have time to drive back and forth late at night to get my order fixed when it should have been correct the first times.

The only reason I still go to Taco Bell is for the subpar food. The customer service is horrible, it is just a bunch of teenagers giggling and playing around at the drive thru window. My family ordered through the app and the order was supposed to be ready at 9:12 pm, it came out at 9:46. The workers are decently nice but they do not work, they just play. Do not go to this location .

Collin was so sweet. I accidentally ordered inside instead of for drive thru and he took the time to figure out why my order wasn’t popping up and then when he realized I ordered for inside pick up, he took the time to pack it up and give it to me in the drive thru. It’s so simple but really changed the tone of my day. Thank you, Collin ♥️
