I decided to go through to Taco Bell 30 minutes before closing. I don’t like to be that customer who comes in when closing time is soon. But I had no option, I was simply just hungry. I go through the drive thru and no one took my order, just complete silence. I decided to go up to the window thinking someone would take my order, no one ever came out. I get that it’s almost closing time but there are no excuses to not take someone’s order. Mind you there was someone who had just gotten their order before me. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had. I would not recommend this Taco Bell at all. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

Completely unprofessional and poorly managed. This location has the lowest rating of the Taco Bells in the area, and it’s not hard to see why. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order.
I requested no beans due to a dietary restriction and paid for extra beef, yet the food came out with beans and without the extra beef. When I asked for it to be remade, the manager, Travis, argued with me about what I could visibly see and taste, laughed in my face, and refused to fix the order. Childish, dismissive behavior and zero accountability. Don’t bother with on-site management…contact corporate instead or go to another location.

Disappointing Experience at Taco Bell
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to the Taco Bell . I’ve been a loyal customer of Taco Bell for many years and have visited many locations, but unfortunately, this experience was unlike any I’ve had before.
First, the wait time was excessive—20 minutes for my order, which was unexpected for a fast-food establishment. When I finally received my meal, I was shocked by the quality. The food was unappetizing, and I found myself unable to finish it due to an unpleasant taste that reminded me of something akin to mop water. This was truly a first for me, as I’ve never had to discard a Taco Bell meal in the past.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the overall experience was far below the standards I’ve come to expect. Based on my visit, I would recommend the management at this location review their operations to ensure a better customer experience in the future.
I hope my feedback will be taken into consideration for improvements at this location.

Great experience! The lady in the drive thru was friendly and enthusiastic, my order was made quickly and correctly, and it was as fresh as tbell gets.

If the franchise has a conscience they will either shut this store down, or intently re-train the people here. Absolutel garbage food. And there is no way any self respecting person didn’t know they were putting out awful food. I suspect the reason they don’t offer you your receipt here is because there have been multiple complaints about this location and its staff.

Went through the drive thru worker working the window was rude. They are slow and when we’re pulling away our order wasn’t all there. So we had to go back inside and try to get it right and when tried to go in the door was locked.

I live 1 block from this Taco Bell, and have since it open. This is literally the worst Taco Bell ever. I have yet to receive a correct order, tonight was no different. Food is cold and incorrect. I usually just throw it away but tonight I’m taking it back. Update, it’s been 5 minutes and I’m back home and the replacement is correct. It took 2 trips for this one. In the past I normally stomach it if I can or I just throw it away. Not gonna do that anymore. Looks like the key is to just plan on 2 trips, that seems to be the ticket.
