They don’t read directions very well. Tacos were wrong, soggy and fell apart before eating. Burritos are apparently made to eat the ingredients in layers. Asked for easy beans and extra cheese on burritos but I guess that’s to hard to understand. Beans are dry and “doughy”. Not sure how they got that texture with the beans. Taco Bell really needs to rethink their training. I’ve had some bad food from other Taco Bell’s before but this takes the cake. 10/10 do not recommend.

Ordered in the app. Directions are clear on what is to be on the food. We go through the drive through and everyone while obviously enjoying their job was friendly, we were missing an item. As husband goes in to grab that, my daughter bites into her food and two of the items are wrong. We go back in to get it corrected and they are side eyeing us but not helping us. We finally get someone to come over and the girl behind the counter and asks the guy on the line to remake it and he tried to argue with her on the quantity we ordered. I show the receipt and they go to fix it. Our food is now cold as we eat together in this family. Two mistakes and just an oh I’m sorry! He’s been waiting 15 minutes and the food still isn’t out.

Gentleman at register was running both drive thru and register like a pro! I don’t know his name but I visited on June 8th around 1:00 p.m. He had dark hair and a angel wing tattoo on his forearm. He was very courteous and kept his head together through the chaos. Sorry I did not catch your name but thank you!

Looks like a plain standard franchise location, but the inside was in disarray, they had no working soda, no water, no juice, just tea. The floors were filthy and the new touchscreen menu was not working.

Stopped by to have dinner and the young lady behind the counter at the window was doing everything she could to avoid eye contact while stretching, yawning, ect. Waited for an extended period thinking she was waiting for the drive through vehicle to give her a card or something. Never happened . I eventually left without getting to order anything, to have dinner elsewhere.

Food was hot and well made. Didn’t have any issues with a custom/ modified order. Was happy with the quick service even if there was a line. It can get busy but when it’s 30 min or more to another location, it draws a crowd.
