Do not waste your money, my food was cold and looked thrown together by an angry toddler, I went back asked for them to remake it and they gave me an attitude and refused. They brushed me off like I was the one bothering them. I will never eat here again, just rude and thoughtless. Taco Bell isn’t cheap and in today’s economy you should appreciate your customers. Aw man, I’ve never had a wrong order from here until last night. I was so disappointed when I bit into what we’re supposed to be two chicken ranch burritos and I instead got a rice and bean burrito and a burrito with chicken rice and Frito chips and then I also received a potato taco and some other steak burrito that I didn’t bite into but neither of those were even on my order. Usually love coming to this location because they are so nice and always seem to get it right. This time was way off the mark and they were all new people I’d never seen before. Hopefully it was just an off night for them.

Kind of upset. Just ordered a tostada and got nothing but lettuce- no beans. After requesting that my food be altered because it lacked beans, I was told “it has beans, the ‘thin’ ones”, which was a very thin, unnoticeable layer of refried beans smeared under the small amount of lettuce. I don’t expect it to look how it’s advertised, but what is this? These beans are Kate Moss “thin”. The only reason I’m not rating 1 star is because the cashier was very friendly and had the other order that was made wrong remade. By the way, this was a black bean and rice bowl without cheese, and it came covered in cheese and had no visible rice.

I’ve usually never had any issues here. But I guess this is what an order of nacho fries looks like now. You get half fries, half cheese, and no, there were none in the bag. I got more taco sauce than fries. I was told there would be a wait on fries. I’d rather wait than have them skimp on everyone to make time. I’m a patient person. I just wanted nacho fries.

Never once had a problem with this place until yesterday and today (4/11/23-4/12/23)
Order thru doordash. As you can see by reciept i ordered bell grande NO TOMATOES cause i am ALLERGIC. however by the pic of food you can see the employees didnt care or pay attention and theres sooooo much tomatoes ruining the food for me.
Doordash didnt help me at all when i called them. I called the manager last night 4/11 and her name was mariah she apologized and said the food would be remade if i came and got it. So i said sure i can do it next day. She took my info down for manager today (4/12)
When i called the female manager today was not only rude as hell and wouldnt let me finish what i was trying to say she put me on hold to see if they could remake she said that mariah gave fals info to me. She got back on phone told me to come with reciept and then hung up. Rude as all heck! Not only were the employees negligent for the order the manager wouldnt take credit for THEIR mistake. It wasnt doordash mistake. It was taco bell employees! Yall need better customer service!

Very unprofessional and rushes you to order even though I explained multiple times I was ordering for multiple children. Also, every time I order a burrito, nothing is evenly distributed. It’s always beans on one side and meat on the other side of the burrito.

I love getting my food from this Taco Bell it’s always cheap and I love the chicken bowls. I’m very shy and don’t like to go through the drive thru so the self serve ordering really helps me! I absolutely recommend this Taco Bell to anyone that asks. The workers her are always super friendly!

Went through the drive through around 9:15, no cars ahead of me. Ordered a crunch wrap meal, and an addition side of rice. Got the food in a reasonable amount of time, all the food was hot and the soda was carbonated.
The side of rice I received is actually pitiful to look at, I normally always get sides of rice and they have always been filled to the top. This looks like two tablespoons worth of rice and there is a big black crisp of burnt something mixed into the rice.
If your running low on rice, take it off the menu.
