Not my first visit to this establishment. Let’s face it, Taco Bell has been around for decades. For those, who don’t appreciate this chain, I’m guessing you had a bad experience at a particular franchise or simple do not have the taste buds for these flavors.

Either way, this one is clean, friendly and thousands of customers can’t all be wrong.
I have visited this one in Belton several times and have not been disappointed. Check it out.

This location is clean, they get orders correct, stay well stocked, and keep bathrooms clean. It is well run and managed..wait times during peak hours of course takes longer but it’s fine cause my orders are correct. Parking is fine.

Prioritizing drive through over people ordering in. Been waiting for 30 min while I watch about 20 cars or more get food in the drive thru. Fries are way over seasoned and the manager rushed the girl to just serve them cause they didn’t have time to fix it

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at your location during the nighttime shift.

The food tasted completely different from what I normally receive from the morning or daytime crew. The tostadas were stale and disgusting, the beans tasted terrible, and multiple parts of my order were messed up. Everything had an old, unpleasant taste that made it basically inedible.

I spent over $42 and received nothing but low-quality food. This was not just a minor issue — it was bad enough that I couldn’t even enjoy the meal.

I will not be returning to this location at night unless this is addressed. I’m requesting a refund or credit and would also like management to review food freshness and order accuracy during the evening shift.

This was very disappointing.

Taco Bell do better! I miss came through the drive-thru at your Belton location, this lady “helped” us. She was very unfriendly and rude. After giving her my order of 2 chicken soft tacos, I let her know that the screen was incorrect. She came back very condescending saying “I know” and just got worse from there. I went inside to ask for the manager and she told me they weren’t available. I informed her that I was just letting her know That the screen was wrong and continued to be rude. Needless to say, I didn’t finish my order.

Since going to automation, there is no interactions with employees. Taco bell has always been conservative when putting ingredients in the taco shells. Flavor is good as always but I prefer more meat in my taco to match the amount of lettuce and cheese.

Paid $17.94 at Taco Bell and apparently also bought stock in their teaspoon collection. Because that’s exactly how much meat they gave me — one sad little scoop, like they were rationing it for the apocalypse. For almost $18, I thought I would at least get 2 tablespoons .

We ordered three different quesadillas. None of them have been cut or labeled. Was unable to eat the steak, due to it tasting very old.
I don’t ever leave bad reviews but as a business owner, I hope the owner can be aware that the night crew isn’t following procedures.

Employees were disrespectful and unprofessional & would not correct a employees bad beha after I told a (manager )that they said something inappropriate to me while trying instead of addressing the issue they use the situation as a media moment to validate their unprofessionalism. Instead i was threating with law enforcement call
