Amazing experience at Taco Bell! The service was fast, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff was super helpful and made sure my order was perfect. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted amazing, especially for the price — you really can’t beat the value.

The white lady with glasses at night needs to do her training again for not listening to customers what and how they want for their food to be served. I asked for a veggie Mexican pizza. Just the way how it should be made. But they put tons of beans like they won’t to finish before closing. It wasn’t cut and they separated the red sauce and cheese from each other. I never asked for rice or spicy ranch in the pizza like who even eat rice in pizza. And then my cheesy rice and bean burrito. It wasn’t wrapped properly and all the sauces were leaking. Plus it was squished. I asked them for fire extra but there was none in the bag. All the employees needs to re-do their training

First off I had to wait 30 minutes for 3 very small items. I seen drive thru food come out several times after I had already placed my order. When I went to ask about my order the lady was rude like I had no right to ask. 30 MINUTES for two value nachos and some potatoes with cheese. I got no so sorry for the wait or thanks for your patience like the guy after me.. I get they may have been busy but customers on the lobby are just as important as drive thru. Had to ask for my cups and she was upset about giving them to me! Then the nacho BARLEY HAD ANYTHING on them! Like what in the world all the chips under those were BARE no exaggeration the service you get in Belton Vs this location is TOTALLY different.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered food from this store through the Taco Bell app. Every single time, food is missing, incorrect, and gross. I was missing several items from my order, none of the tacos that were up charged to supreme came that way, and everything was cold. The Mexican pizza not only had a hair on it, but it was cold, hard, and not cut. On top of all of this everything was thrown into a bag and half unwrapped or spilling. Not ordering from this store again (which makes the “here have $15 off your next order” coupon pointless and I wasted my money.

My daughter visited this Taco Bell for the first time today. She placed her order using the kiosk and selected the option to pay at the counter. She waited for over 15 minutes, but no staff member came to take her payment or help her with her order.
The employees were unfriendly and did not acknowledge us, even when I went in to speak with them. The store layout also made it difficult to get in and out. Overall, the service was very unprofessional.
We had a very disappointing experience here. We will not be returning. Worthless to here

Do not follow instructions and are very sloppy. I got two crunchy tacos with light lettuce and a burrito. I had enough lettuce on my tacos to have a salad. Maybe they don’t comprehend the word light or easy lettuce to which was repeated back correctly. I had literally three strands of cheese probably between both tacos and I only had meat on half of my taco shell the rest was just a lettuce chip. Also what is the point of them asking if you want Taco sauce if half the time they don’t even remember to put it in there you got to ask again when you get up front to which they give you one taco sauce. I wish Temple would get a Taco Casa or Taco Bueno so much better than Taco Bell.
On top of the crappy tacos they were busted up shells and no silverware to eat them it’s a shame. Don’t waste your time your breath ordering or your money on this garbage.

My husband & I went to get food 825pm evening, the place was dead no one in drive way. He was trying figure out what to eat cuz certain things he can’t have the lady that first got on was being rude and impatient so mid of ordering someone else took over. Same thing instead of saying 1 time if anything else he needed every time after he finished saying something repeated anything else anything else with an attitude. So we just left. It’s like if place is dead no use of being impatient rushing customers to order when they’re trying explain they can take out a certain thing. If you don’t like your job you shouldn’t work at fast food restaurants. How I personally feel. Take time listen to your customers, imagen if we stayed and they didn’t listen to what he couldn’t have then we probably wind up in the hospital later on in the night due to a simple thing that could’ve been avoided. I’m only saying stop being impatient and rude when you’re literally being payed to service your customers not like we are asking you to work while your on break.

The only Taco Bell i’ve where they cannot follow food instructions on orders. And the food tastes and has the consistency as if it hasn’t been swapped with fresh food after a certain time like it should’ve been. Whoever is on evening shifts needs to be retrained.

For the first time in my 62 years of life I have a complaint against taco Bell. I just purchased a 12 pack of tacos and got home to find out there is very little ingredients in them . The other times I bought tacos at least a little ingredients fell out and was left over while I was eating them. The ones I bought today were flat with no meat with very little lettuce and cheese .These tacos are flat like NACHOS . Does your company no longer use taco shells that have a “U” shape bottom?Are they now Flat “V” shaped that need to be prayed open to get very little ingredients in them? Did someone forget to order the meat? Was the meat shipment running late?? It’s like they smeared a little hamburger meat on one side of the taco shell as they pried open the closed shell and had to be careful not to break the shell. Then pry it open again enough to sprinkle a tiny bit of lettuce and cheese in them. Once the taco is all together they are no thicker than a flour tortilla . Your taco shell doesn’t even have a flat bottom anymore to hold meat. They are folded in half and then fried . I took the taco sauce and ate the ones I did like a NACHO because I live out in the country 15 miles out of the city limits. Please let me know if this is your new standard taco.
